I doubt a majority of Canadians would like to become part of the U.S.. For what? To experience what the U.S. calls healthcare? 

I enjoy the fact how Canadian politicians are actually fighting back Trumps nonsense. I wish politicians in Europe would be just as outspoken. It's the only language Trump understands.

Well, maybe Panama should close the canal for all U.S. ships, mainly cruises? Maybe Panama should threaten to release a badge of Panama papers, showing how U.S. citizens and corporations evade taxes. Those people in power, afraid their dealings will be uncovered, will rein him in. 

Also, what about his demands for other NATO members to increase their defense budgets to 5% of GDP? This screams corruption to me. I would like to believe he is paid by U.S. arms manufacturers. Even if NATO members were willing to pay that amount, who is going to produce those weapons. As far as I know, most of those companies are already producing at full capacity because of Ukraine and Israel. In addition, if the U.S. would leave NATO, it would leave them with no allies at all. And I would like to argue, there are far more countries and organizations that have an axe to grind with the U.S. than the rest of NATO. The whole thing puts the U.S. in a very unsafe situation. Also, when was the last time the U.S. actually won a war or military conflict? WWII? And even back then, they needed several allies. Of course, that's not the perspective of the U.S. They tend to believe they singlehandely won WWII.

He is such a revolting person.  So tired of his supporters everwhere on social media too. They comment on everything, even when the topic is nothing to do with the USA or politics.   They are cheering him on and would defend him on anything.    It seems that being obnoxious, selfish and a continual liar is what so many people seem to admire which is frightening. 

Belittling and trying to intimidate allies is just a no go but he crosses every line in everything.

And that's why all other governments needs to hit back at his stupid remarks. It's the only way. He is like a spoilt little child. At some point you will need to say "Now sit your ass down". And the moment is now. 

Denmark was nice telling him (again) that Greenland is not for sale. They should have added, even if it was, he and his country could not afford it. Too poor.

It's clearly Musk with a second account. He was even on twitter spaces using a voice changer, but sometimes it skips, and you can hear it's him. He also mistakenly talks in the first person (saying "I" instead of "he")  He's trying very hard to convince people he's not really Musk. It's so embarrassing

One of the saddest and most frustrating things about this election is the amount of people voting for someone who goes against their own interests.  I see people criticising the likes of Bruce Sprinsteen ( who has always spoken for the working class in his actions and through his music )  calling him elite when he eloquently and brilliantly warned against Trump, because he made millions through his music and talent.  The same people who now also seem to think Trump, Musk and multi millionaires are on their side when in fact they only look after their own self interests and saving themselves millions.  Also going down the track of letting the likes of Trump, Musk etc rubbish artists, scientists and innovative people ( calling them elites and anti working class ) while instead pretending they are for the working class and labelling anyone trying to enrich the world as elites.  With Musk, Murdoch and Zuckerberg controlling so much of the media,  it is going to be propaganda all the way.  Hoping that people can finally see through this, but not holding my breath.
