Nikki Posted February 3, 2014 Author Posted February 3, 2014 aw i didn't know she knew him Lost another Genius! What a tragedy. Love you P.S.H.
boy skeffington Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Madonna was the producer of a play on the west end in London that PSH directed at the same time she was starring in "Up For Grabs" in 2002. I saw them both when I went to London to see her. It was called "Jesus Takes the A Train" (I think).
Guest Not4Pussies Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Yes they knew each other very well.
peter Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 ^ Yeah, I was SO confused when I saw this ... I heard that Andy Warhol's brother died (?) and I saw this on Instagram and thought this must have been a younger photo of him ... just now put this together with the thread in the Entertainment section. I didn't realize PSH and she were acquainted either. Sad.
lori Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Philip's theater group presented Madonna an award years ago. http://www.broadway.com/photos/labyrinth-toasts-madonna-at-celebrity-benefit/29921/lab-charades-madonna-philip-seymour-hoffman/ http://variety.com/2003/scene/vpage/madonna-stops-by-lab-1117893338/

Didn't know this at all. So tragic. He really was one of the greats.
Nikki Posted February 3, 2014 Author Posted February 3, 2014 she looks a lot like that woman in the digital painting..
tumbleweedt Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Inspiration for the new album? Are you thinking of something in particular?
Mat.Guy Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 she looks a lot like that woman in the digital painting.. I was gonna say it! She really gets inspired by the best! That woman seems to speak even the same body language M does..
Flip The Switch Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Are you thinking of something in particular? new look perhaps? That would be dreamy and classic M.
FreeMySoul Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 i would love to see a photo shoot/look inspired by this
Jazzy Jan Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 His work is wonderful. Beautiful and different. I can see why Madonna loves him so much. Some other digital paintings of his.
Guest Not4Pussies Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 I like when she posts stuff like that. Not when she posts about Rocco.
tumbleweedt Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 I like when she posts stuff like that. Not when she posts about Rocco. Yeah, always fascinating. Rocco posts enough about himself already
ryan Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 So she owns it? Or was she viewing it in a gallery? You can see her reflection from the glass, and a glare from the flash on her phone. You can also see the reflection of the painting behind her.
tumbleweedt Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 I guess this is the original? I thought the bunnies were meant to be on the shopfront as graffiti So that's the painting behind her...
