Would you pay thousands to look like THIS...

Recommended Posts

Seriously now, people that go to these lengths have deep-rooted psychological issues to begin with, issues that greatly influence their misplaced/altered/overdramatic perception of their appearance and a need to be validated for it. It is an aspect of the society we live in, people are crippled by aesthetics. If he's happy fine, not a judgement call, anyone should pursue whatever makes them happy as long as it's not hurting other people, but I doubt anyone in their right mind would spend a dollar to make themselves look like a huge-headed mannequin, let alone whatever this guy has spent. I refuse to believe the poor chap looked worse pre surgery than the bizarre appearance he sports now

But why do they never look like them!

Here are another couple who are supposed to be Ken and Barbie.

Personally, I think the surgeons should be struck off from practicing.

Will they both have a meltdown 20 years from now at the first signs of aging?

Today I've read about a guy who paid to look like an alien

Man spends $50,000 on over 100 procedures to transform into a 'genderless' ALIEN (and he plans to have his genitals, nipples and bellybutton removed next)

He reminds me more of a Thunderbird than a Ken Doll.  I feel sad for him really because he is obviously mentally ill.  He must think he looks good.  He is out and about in London with his girlfriend and has said he has had more botox.

Fashion-forward: Off-setting the snake-print jacket, the plastic surgery fanatic opted for a tight-fitting black polo neck underneath, teamed with tailored black trousersStepping out: The pair were seen arriving at the Novikov restaurant in London earlier in the day

Anyway, I remember I did a feature about cosmetic surgery, there's much more than we think, so many young girls going there to have bigger melons and things like that. But what the surgeon told me made me think. He told me that many times. Many, many times he refuses to do surgery and insted recommends going to some therapy. There's one thing to have some retouch, especially if you have some complex about it, like your hook nose or your big ears, but those people freaking out about everything... He told me that usually it's a case of people unable to accept themselves, and no matter how many times they got bigger melons or less wrinkles or botox or whatever, they never feel satisfied.
