This is part of a week-long promotion leading up to the video premiere and interview special on April 24th. There's a "bug" at the top of the screen the whole time that reads MADONNA LIVE "MEDELLIN" WORLD PREMIERE / NEXT WEDNESDAY 4PM EST ON MTV and when they go to commercial they play the glitchy "Vogue"/"Material Girl" teaser seen in this twitter post:

I can remember Madonna weekends in the early 90's all the time though.....on both MTV and VH1.....I distinctly remember VH1 having a "Blond on Blond" weekend where they played Madonna and Marilyn Monroe stuff....does anyone else remember this??
