Its credits say "additional production and mix by Jellybean" implying there is an original version. Spotlight on the YCD album is a typical Jellybean 80s 12" mix. It was intended to be an actual single release so it makes sense it got a 12" treatment. It's just that the release never happened so we never got the original on 7".
