Roland Barthes Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 I had never seen that so i thought maybe i'm not the only one and i should share. Very interesting and nice :
Apples388 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 THE QUEEN OF LIFE. LTT = bridge of life. Completely her own melody. I am crying right now?
Sjewell88 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I'd never seen this. Love all the insight on the writing process. This is the stuff I live for!
nemo64 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Not seen it before. Love this find. Thanks for posting it.
Nightshade Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Oh GOD please let them write together again. Pat and M were beauty incarnate. I have a huge crush on Pat too. So handsome, and talented.
Nikki Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I THINK he was the one who said on those mtv madonna weekends that she gave the money back to pepsi "she gave the money back, she didn't have to. brilliant!"
XXL Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I had never seen that so i thought maybe i'm not the only one and i should share. Very interesting and nice : This is so nice, thanks for posting it. He's gorgeous and mega talented. Yet another confirmation of how Madonna operates in her arena. I wish the celebrated younger stars of today, male or female, had a fraction of her involvement, knowledge and commitment
acko Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 THE QUEEN OF LIFE. LTT = bridge of life. Completely her own melody. I am crying right now? That got 2 me 2...I'm sucha fag. Thanx 4 posting been looking 4 this 4 years.
karbatal Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 She's the queen of bridges. It's simply as that. Madonna songs are magical because the bridge comes and you feel either the wave of sadeness or the explosion of joy. I adore Living for Love but it only lacks a magical bridge to be completed. The up-up thing serves as mini bridge, but you feel you need the explosion of joy, i guess that's why some people didn't like completely the song. Other songs that are what they are because of the bridge are Spotlight, Deeper and Deeper and Into The Groove.
Carta Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Thanks for posting! Yet more evidence of Madonna's extensive involvement in the creation of her music.

That piano breakdown is glorious as well as brilliantly conveyed in the film clip.
karbatal Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 And Nothing Really Matters with nowadays strong voice would be so great...
acko Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 That's actually part of a whole documentary... It was online years ago...I wanna c the rest!
Starman Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Wow i always imagined pat leonars as an old white bearded man in my mind He looks good!
david86 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 what a talented guy! thanks for posting! they made such great melodies! he seems emotional talking LTT/ the track is bigger than life!
IDareUBambi Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Great watch I can't believe she wrote those songs in a couple of hours in 5 days and they've held up strongly for 25 years.
Madfan58 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 He also confirmed again how she sings a song ONE TIME in studio and that is it. I've always wondered why she does this. TBH, as great as LAP is, she should have redone it with stronger vocals.
horn Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 They should write songs together again. Leave the production to M with someone else.

I wish she would go back to singing raw and in one take, and less computerization and effects on her voice.

She has an incredible variety in her vocal sound. She is quite simply the greatest pop singer that ever lived, & i'm not talking 'bout whaling bytches here...
Carta Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 A treat from someone who wishes to remain anonymous https://www.youtube....h?v=iNdvYoWIWcI https://www.youtube....h?v=q2gVtDbgV4w They're available on the same page as the Pat Leonard section, but no one had mentioned them

DSgamby Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Speaking of Pat Leonard. I wonder what Jessie looks like now.
