mtzlplk Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 What if it goes under, then you paid all that money to stream and still have nothing. that is the big question... does the Tidal service also allow downloads? imagine paying $240 for a year, then the company goes bankrupt and you don't own any music when it closes... surely they have an incentive for that...

I really liked Rhapsody back in 2006. I paid about $10 a month I believe and I could purchase 10 songs a month with that. So I had "free" streaming as long as I was purchasing 10 songs every month. I would have and still would pay $30 a month to be able to stream and download 30 songs a month (equivalent to 2 albums).
Guest CzarnaWisnia Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Ghosttown video premiere on Tidal? 2 seconds later, available in torrents

graffitiheart Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 As far as I know, none of the popular streaming services offer free downloads, you can only download locally for off-line listening, but as soon as you cut the service, it's gone. Everything seems to be going towards that "paying for a service and not for the actual product"kinda thing, not just music, but software as well..
Guest gang bang Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Magde looking hotter than these beautiful bitches

Jairo Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj released two brand new songs on their TIDAL profiles. Maybe Ghosttown video will be premiered there?
Iconic Fetus Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 I'm pretty sure that it will be a Tidal exclusive maybe for three days or maybe one day just like snapchat.
Flip The Switch Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Hopefully it will get more hype than Snapchat. Can't wait!
Soma Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 It wouldn't make sense to release it on YouTube after that Tidal announcement.
Nightshade Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Smart financial move for M. If TIDAL becomes as big as Spotify, she could potentially pull in $36 million a year without releasing anything.
M.Dolla Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Smart financial move for M. If TIDAL becomes as big as Spotify, she could potentially pull in $36 million a year without releasing anything. Could she possibly give me a little under $100K to pay off my school tuition?

tasteinmen Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Beyonce's exclusive Tidal release has got me wondering if Madonna would ever release any exclusive tracks on it, especially since there's so many tracks left over from RH.
Apples388 Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Anybody else tried Tidal? I've subscribed and I must say it looks great! I had Spotify for a while and I'm not a big fan. I'm definitely going to make the switch to Tidal!

Soma Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 I have Tidal and I like it. It's still has some "slow" moments but they don't bother me that much.
graffitiheart Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 I signed up for the trial and loving it so far, not sure if I'm going to keep it though. I have few weeks to figure it out.
graffitiheart Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 The credits are all messed up though, it shows Lucky Star was co-written by Shep Pettibone
DIRTY PIG Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Why does madonna on spotify have no artwork showing at all ?
poprock Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Why does madonna on spotify have no artwork showing at all ? I see artwork on Spotify. It must just be you. Refresh?
MerGirl Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 I don't understand why Tidal has copied Spotify's look. Couldn't they come up with something different?
mtzlplk Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 you guys are lucky you have TIDAL in your country... can you really notice the difference in audio quality?
Cooka Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 And there's a tumblr http://madonnapose.tumblr.com/ Dayum!

uno Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 (edited) listening to Born This Way on Tidal is so good, the quality is great, you can literally hear Express Yourself playing in the background. — Avril Lavigne (@AvrilsusChrist) https://twitter.com/AvrilsusChrist/status/588015455488577536 Edited April 14, 2015 by uno
loomer Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 @Lily Allen If I wanted to be relevant or as rich as the #Tidal16, I wouldn't still be working in music. Pity you are, bitch Tidal haters - http://www.billboard.com/articles/business/6531788/tidal-blew-it-all-the-artists-that-have-hammered-tidal
