mtzlplk Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I don't listen much to the second leaks bunch. I'm oversaturated with leaks, i just can't. I just listened to the Rebel Heart accoustic, thouh, and it's so beautiful. I would love to hear Arioso but i will wait a bit. I never get tired of the first bunch of leaks, though!!!! same here, the first bunch was definitely superiordare i say it but Rebel Heart is like a hybrid of American Life and COADF
Guest bluejean Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I don't really care if the songs are preachy or not. I just care if they're good or not.
Guest bluejean Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Hey guys new member here, and stupid in love with Madonna, lol. I couldn't contain myself and listened to the second leak of songs, but of course I will be buying the album when it comes out, which in my opinion should be much sooner than the set time because if she waits until March the leaks will continue and it will kill the promotion of the album. There are only three songs I feel iffy about, Graffiti Heart, Body Shop and the song that is supposed to be feauturing Pharell. Every other song is amazing in its own way, and I can see Ghost Town becoming a huge hit. Maybe she's not ready until then though...
george28 Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I am quite confident she can be ready before then. The songs are done, if there is a tweak to make here and there I say just do it and release it. I think the album has more potential to reach its full success that way rather than delay it and have leaks surfacing every week.
Mensch Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 ^^^ I think it'll be a bigger hit if she takes her time promoting and letting the songs speak for themselves. This is a strong material. Edgy and ahead of itself with throwbacks all over the place but with Madonn's special touch. Let things run its course. She has to film a video, post production, the Grammys, Versace...it's all gonna build up such an incredible first single. The remixes are naturally the next step that will catapult the song/single where it needs to be by February/March!
Mensch Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Can we stop and talk about how incredible Nothing Lasts Forever and SEX are !!!! They are perfect.
svperstar Posted December 26, 2014 Author Posted December 26, 2014 Sex is awful. But not just downright bad... HILARIOUSLY bad. Seriously it may go on and have a life as one of the most legendary bad songs she has EVER done.
aorlaan Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Sex is awful. But not just downright bad... HILARIOUSLY bad. Seriously it may go on and have a life as one of the most legendary bad songs she has EVER done. lmao agreed how do u feel about back it up? not feelin it
JimmyJimmy Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I seriously can't wait for you guys to hear the final version/demo 2 of Iconic! It's epic and sounds NOTHING like the demo. The demo is a very rough draft of the final version wich is much more more anthemic and powerful. I think it will definitely make the album. There is just no way it's not going to. Nothing Lasts Forever and Never Let Me Go (I haven't heard NLMG so far) are what later became Ghosttown, right? The songs I REALLY want to be included are: Iconic Inside Out (This song is fucking PERFECT!) S.E.X. (There HAS TO BE at least one sexual song on this album and this song is really good!) Veni Vidi Vici (I'm not 100% convinced about it but it's a keeper I guees due to the retrospective parts) Heartbreak City (I still love this song a lot. I'm sure the final version is going to sound very different but I wouldn't mind this song staying acoustic.) Rebel Heart (This song was always kinda meh to me. I mean it's great and all but it seriously isn't as good as some people make it out to be. But it's the title track and ppl seem to like it so I assume she should keep it.) reworked: Holy Water (I have a soft spot for this one. I can see it being like an triple-upgraded version of Candy Shop if reworked by Dahi/BD) Body Shop (This song is just so cute! Ugh...It has so much potential, in my opinion) Here's the comprehensive list of all the "known" demos so far. AUTOTUNE BABY BACK THAT UP (DO IT) BEAUTIFUL SCARS (DEMO #1) BEAUTIFUL SCARS (DEMO #2) BEST NIGHT (DEMO #1) BEST NIGHT (DEMO #2) BEST NIGHT (DEMO #3) BITCH, I'M MADONNA (DEMO #1) BITCH, I'M MADONNA (DEMO #2) BITCH, I'M MADONNA (ALBUM VERSION) BODY SHOP (DEMO #1) BODY SHOP (DEMO #2) BODY SHOP (DEMO #3) BODY SHOP (DEMO #4) BORROWED TIME (DEMO #1) BORROWED TIME (DEMO #2) BORROWED TIME (DEMO #3) BORROWED TIME (DEMO #4) BORROWED TIME (DEMO #5) DEVIL PRAY (DEMO #1) DEVIL PRAY (ALBUM VERSION) LA ISLA BONITA (DUBPLATE) FREEDOM (DEMO #1) FREEDOM (DEMO #2) FREEDOM (DEMO #3) GHOSTTOWN (ALBUM VERSION) GOD IS LOVE GRAFFITI HEART (DEMO #1) GRAFFITI HEART (DEMO #2+) HEARTBREAK CITY (DEMO #1 ACOUSTIC) HEARTBREAK CITY (DEMOS # 2+) HOLD TIGHT (DEMO #3) HOLD TIGHT (DEMO #4) HOLY WATER (DEMO #1) ICONIC (DEMO #1) ICONIC (DEMO #2/FINAL?) (DEMO #1) S.E.X. (DEMO #2) SCORE TAKE A DAY TAKE IT BACK THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY (ADDICTED) (DEMO #1) THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY (ADDICTED) (DEMO #2) THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY (ADDICTED) (DEMO #3) TRAGIC GIRL TRUST NO BITCH TWO STEPS BEHIND (DEMO #1) TWO STEPS BEHIND (DEMO #2+) UNAPOLOGETIC BITCH (DEMO) UNAPOLOGETIC BITCH (ALBUM VERSION) VENI VIDI VICI (050914 ← production date?) WASH ALL OVER ME (DEMO #1) WASH ALL OVER ME (DEMO #2) WASH ALL OVER ME (DEMO #3) I have most of the leaked demos I have labled with their actual number. The number of the unleaked versions is pretty much assumed. Meaning that if there's a demo called #5 I'm assuming that there automatically has to be demos #1 - 5 as well. The same goes for demos tagged #1. There is a great possibility that if there's a demo labled #1 that there are more to follow, at least one. Especially, since the first demos so far have all been either really rough or more acoustic. However, I can't give you guys 100% gurantee on this.
Guest bluejean Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I can imagine the final version of Iconic being really good. Although it sounds like some of a Chris Brown song or something. It even makes me think of MJ bait. It's the sort of lyrics he would have written.
JimmyJimmy Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE TO ASK ME FOR UNLEAKED STUFF VIA PM WHEN LITERALLY EVERY WEEK A NEW BUNCH OF DEMOS IS LEAKING!!!
ITG Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 (edited) Settle down mate. Jeezuz! You issue in your private messages should be kept private. Edited December 26, 2014 by ITG

EDIT: Oh, it's "Back That Up". THANK YOU FUCKING MUCH FOR BEING SO FUCKING CLEAR.
svperstar Posted December 26, 2014 Author Posted December 26, 2014 I kinda like "Back that Up". It's a total throw-back to Hard Candy and definitely wont be on the album or anything, but I enjoy the listen.
Crystal Coffin Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I'm loving HOLY WATER at the moment. BITCH GET OFF MY POLE?
Tvat Jens Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Love songs with a political message and do not consider them preachy... would not mind Madonna releasing a full albums of songs like Revolution and Freedom. Freedom is great, but does need some work before getting released.
Guest bluejean Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Madonna can preach the shit out of me. Preach to me like a God The Madonna!!
mamifero Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 FINALLY found the acoustic versions of RH and WAOM. They're beautiful
nightcutter Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 W FINALLY found the acoustic versions of RH and WAOM. They're beautiful WAOM especially. I don't like the first demo version.
Bill Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Freedom has become one of my faves and when she sings "I want to start a revolution of love" i just melt. YES!!!!!!
Bill Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 FINALLY found the acoustic versions of RH and WAOM. They're beautiful WAOM acoustic is up there with her best ballads ever, and could be her most beautiful vocal ever
Pink Matter Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I'm an open book I let you cum inside of me Loooool I love SEX You got a bad attitudeeeeeeeee Can you be my father? You can punish me or maybe I will punish you
aorlaan Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 WAOM acoustic is up there with her best ballads ever, and could be her most beautiful vocal ever agreed.. I didnt like WAOM when it first leaked the production ruined it
mamifero Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 The first batch of leaks was so awesome that I wasn't feeling the second batch, but they're growing on me now
Pink Matter Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 She has worked so hard for this album, we're getting the best of her!
blossom Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 'Body Shop' has a lot of potential. If she swaps the trite lyrics for some of her excellent storytelling it would be ace! It kind of reminds me of Paul Simon's 'Diamonds On The Soles Of Her Shoes' musically - very different and quite exciting stuff.
Wunderkind Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 The amount of amazing tracks is really mind blowing. There's really only one song that I never need to hear again (Holy Water) but the rest is either already great or has the potential to be great. 30 years into her career and she can still deliver a masterpiece of an album. Speechless.
OddlyEven Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 First songs listened to today: Beautiful Scars Inside Out I keep telling myself I'll stop listening to them because when the album is released and I own it, I want it to feel fresh again. But I can't stay away from those two songs!
karbatal Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Wash all over and rebel heart accoustic are superb. S. E. X. Too like an erotica bside
markm Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I wanna know what you’re all about You’re beautiful when you’re broken down Let your walls crumble to the ground Let me love you from the inside out Every scar that you try to hide All the dark corners of your mind Show me yours, and I’ll show you mine Let me love you from the inside out She sings Inside Out with so much emotion. This track has to be on RH, the melody, the voice, the crunchy synths are EVERYTHING
