Apples388 Posted November 28, 2014 Author Posted November 28, 2014 Yes those contrasting high notes in the chorus with her rich lower register in the verse = QUEEN OF LIFE MADONNA.
Sjewell88 Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 It's kind of amazing we can get so many opinions from a 40 sec clip. I think it sounds great. It's very promising but I'm really just hungry for more.
YannBouch Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 I can hear we r superstar in the background!! Hahaha
luin Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 I love it! I hear similarities to 2 other songs, the "uh woh woh" reminds me of Kylie's "Get Out of My Way" and when the verse guitar breakdown comes in I feel like singing Kesha's "I feel my heart beat" from "Die Young"
santiago Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Why is Guy O. trying to blame other for the leak when it's clearly his and M's team fault???
santiago Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 BTW, I JUSt LOVED her vocals!! Bring it on, Queen!
Andra Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 I'm sure that soon enough we'll have the rest of the song leaked. These early, months in advance leaks are never good simply because by the time the single is out people are already kinda over it, since they listened to the snippet over and over again. Spoils the whole thing. It's so much more effective when BAM, you suddenly hear the thing and it's just a few days or maybe weeks in advance. I just hope that if this is the demo, the original single sounds much more different.

By the way, the Rebel Heart leak really doesn't sound like anything Avicii has released so far, which is bloody awesome!
Guest CzarnaWisnia Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 I hope they don't photoshop her vocals to oblivion in the final mix.
ruey Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 I hope they don't photoshop her vocals to oblivion in the final mix. Ugh, Britney Jean style? Let's hope not
Crux Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 It seems i'm a little late to the party but that clip of Rebel Heart sounds glorious. I can't wait for the album.
dollhouse Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 I'm sure that soon enough we'll have the rest of the song leaked. I just hope that if this is the demo, the original single sounds much more different. maybe she should've released something? Its taking a time, so something is bound to be leaked when DM and others have heard it ages ago..
runa Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 I love the fact her voice is crystal clear, 100% natural.
SOON Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 This is not the lead single right? So even if this leaked completely in full HQ this weekend I don't think it will hurt the album and first single release.
markm Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Ugh nasty British tabloid press is trying to sabotage the RETURN OF THE QUEEN. http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/madonnas-new-track-rebel-heart-4710903 Vile. Its to be expected though, the Daily Mirror has always written negative articles about the Queen. Remember the 3am bitches?

So even if this leaked completely in full HQ this weekend I don't think it will hurt the album and first single release. It would. People only have so much of an attention span that if you overload their brains with too much info, it shuts down.
Amzer801 Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 (edited) This Madonna Online article came in my news feed and for what it's worth, it has some pretty interesting things in store: - The album's tentative release date is March - Nicki Minaj and Nas are featured (but no Miley Cyrus) - A promo tour à la Confessions is mentioned - Her management has learned from U2's fiasco and they seem interested by Taylor Swift's releasing strategy http://madonnaonline.com.br/2014/11/26/novo-album-da-madonna-deve-ser-lancado-em-marco-e-turne-e-planejada-para-o-verao/ Edited November 28, 2014 by Amzer801
karbatal Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 What strategy had Taylor? I thought she simply hyped the album and launched it. What has she done?
Stephen Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 - Her management has learned from U2's fiasco and they seem interested by Taylor Swift's releasing strategy http://madonnaonline.com.br/2014/11/26/novo-album-da-madonna-deve-ser-lancado-em-marco-e-turne-e-planejada-para-o-verao/ Sweet so it is possible we will get several full songs along with a first single!
Stephen Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 What strategy had Taylor? I thought she simply hyped the album and launched it. What has she done? She released a few songs from the album before it dropped...also performed some album tracks...took over tumblr...
DrownedMilan Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Duplo said 5 of his songs will make the cut. I'M DYING TO HEAR AUTOTUNE BABY
Apples388 Posted November 28, 2014 Author Posted November 28, 2014 She released a few songs from the album before it dropped...also performed some album tracks...took over tumblr... So we're talking Traditional Promo instead of Non-Traditional Promo. Thank goodness that Guy O is finally seeing the light although I suppose that means Madonna won't be nominated for 18 categories in the 2015 NTP Awards but it's okay because 2012 record win for the MDNA project in the NTP Awards (12 awards) is unlikely to be beaten
Msig Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 What strategy had Taylor? I thought she simply hyped the album and launched it. What has she done? She has opted not to make her new album available for streaming. At the same time, she has pulled her entre back catalogue from Spotify.
