CMoody Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 Is this true? I heard the following shows are set to be cancelled from the tour due to Hurricane Sandy's aftermath to the northeast US.....but what would Charlotte, Atlanta and Detroit have to do with this....? This has to be a rumor. November 8, 2012 Joe Louis Arena Detroit .... November 12, 13 2012 New York Madison Square Garden ..... November 17, 2012 Philips Arena Atlanta .......... November 15, 2012 Charlotte Time Warner Cable Arena
Nightshade Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 I might understand the NYC ones but those others were hardly affected - if at all. Right? :-S
LCD Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 Yeah only NYC was affected (majorly) by the storm out of that list of cities really. The others don't make sense.
CMoody Posted October 31, 2012 Author Posted October 31, 2012 NYC would be the only city on that list directly affected and dealing with recovery. Charlotte, Atlanta and Detroit are existing as normal....
FreeMySoul Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 That's a bogus report made up by a fan site
notsomuch Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 MSG won't even be canceled. No reason for any dates to be canceled.
Camacho Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 This a dumb rumor being spread around twitter and fb. The NY shows are about 2 weeks away. By then all electricity and transportation into and around NYC should already be back to normal. MSG is in midtown Manhattan and that area did not get any major damage or flooding from the storm.
MPowered Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 Too bad if it's true...I was hoping for a New York DVD release of MDNA!
Iconic Fetus Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 BS! The Queen will arrive, like it or not!
Louise Oriole Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 Why do actual fans make up this kind of crap?
ChaunceyD Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 things are getting back to normal tomorrow somewhat in NYC....there is no way anything is happening to those shows. NYC is resilient!
Guest Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Why do actual fans make up this kind of crap? Maybe they were Australian.

Guest Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Was this Hurricane named after Olivia Newton John in Grease?
Stephen Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 No it was named after the bitch John Travolta turns into after he doesn't get a happy ending with his massage
Roland Barthes Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 That's why she went berseck on the Carribeans and New York, she was like a cat in heat and he told her "I ain't putting it in a girl !"
Guest bluejean Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Maybe they were Australian. Oh you're too funny George
