It's just "cool" to, almost, show a totally different side of you online I guess..? I've done it before too. It's almost like a little internet dialect amongst tweens and teens I guess. An informal way of writing, probably out of laziness. Alot of teen really do speak like that in real life though, especially around friends. I agree with those saying she just sounds like your average 13 year old. Guess what, at that age ones writing skills aren't exactly refined. I get what you're saying and I must admit, I kind of rolled my eyes at her posting but hey - it's for the Material Girl fashion line, not Raising Malawi's website. I didn't particularly "get into" Madonna's childrens book phase, and I doubt her and Lola's new business venture will interest me that much either, but to each their own. I was optimistic that this outlet would give us more insight into Lola's personality and I guess we're about to find out that she's not all that different from any other teenage girl (which more or less could be a good thing).
