Nonoka
Ok so while we have the opening night thread with all the drama and fan reactions as well as the press article thread, I'm opening this thread where you can post information and details on the show ONLY. Since many of us won't be able to follow the show as it happens, this here is meant to be an easy access to all the info so people don't have to wade through 30 pages first... So you can primarily post details on each performance / interlude, the whole setlist of course, as well as all other things worth noting about the show. This is free for everyone to post, just please be aware if somebody has already posted the full setlist or details of one performance, don't flood the thread with the same information In case M decides to change up the show later down the road, we can also use this thread to update the details of the show So, til later then... Msig
Iconic - M makes her entrance in a cage that descends from the roof - lots of movement here, M and her dancers all over the stage Bitch I'm Madonna - similar to album version - most of the song seems to be lipped Burning Up - similar to RIT version, M on runway with electric guitar Holy Water / Vogue - dancing nuns on stripper poles - The Last Supper reenacted on stage during the last half, with images of religious figures in the backdrop - Vogue chorus sung live, the rest of the song is lipped Devil Pray - lots of movement on stage Messiah (interlude) - backdrop features footage from the Ghosttown video
Msig
Body Shop - heavily autotuned vocals during the verses - staging meant to look look like an auto repair shop True Blue - acoustic with M on ukulele, sitting on a Deeper and Deeper - similar to the original album version, with Latin guitar breakdown HeartBreakCity / Love Don't Live Here Anymore - M goes up a spiral staircase, which descends down to the Heart stage - LDHLA part sung over the HBC chords Like a Virgin - M dancing alone on stage - virtually identical to the Dens54 Ab Fab And Sweet Zack Remix, which was made in 2008 - "Heartbeat" is sampled towards the end ('See my booty get down...') S.E.X. (interlude) - spoken lyrics from Justify My Love in the intro - lots of dancers simulating sex in beds - backdrop features footage from the Erotica video

Msig
Living for Love - cape alert! - Living for Drums Mix with Grammy/BRITs intro La Isla Bonita - musically similar to the DWT version, but slightly more upbeat - lots of flamenco-style dancing Dress You Up - slowed-down semi-acoustic version - intersection with parts of Into the Groove, Everybody and Lucky Star Who's That Girl - slowed-down acoustic version, M on guitar Rebel Heart - similar to album version, M on guitar - fan-submitted art in the backdrop

Msig
Illuminati (interlude)- the "political" interlude of the show- dancers doing some aerial stunts above the runwayMusic- the first verse is in slow cabaret-style, the rest is similar to the album version, with extra sound effects- ends with 'Get Stupid' sample fom "Give It 2 Me", which segues into...Candy Shop- new mix, but with several elements from the album versionMaterial Girl- sounds slowed-down due to the beat, but the tempo is actually the same as the originalLa vie en rose- acoustic, M playing the ukulele, sitting on the edge of a raised platform at the cross-section of the runway- a curtain seems to be covering the backdrop screensUnapologetic Bitch- M dancing on the raised platform at the cross-section of the runway- a fan gets to dance with M on stage- "Bye Bitches!" on backdrop as M exits the stageHoliday- lights go out before M re-enters the stage in a new outfit- a 2015 take on the album version

Leebf
Need to know where she spends the most of her time. Is it pretty even between all 3 stages. It looks like best action happens on heart stage. Think i need to go to another show to get close to that heart stage action.

Leebf
Definitly the best part to be. That's where the VIP were seated, and that's where Guy O was at the begining of the show... Thanks for the info. Im avoiding looking at videos just photos and stories like yours so it was hard for me to work out where all the action was.Bit sad now with my seats as im right up near main stage for both my shows. Scared im going to miss all the action. Really hope she does a third sydney show so i can try and get heart stage tickets or seating in the stands near the heart stage. Stereo
Highlights: Iconic....the murdering of icons in a cage, but Madonna fights and escapes hers. Brilliant. Holy Water....people were gasping! It kicked ass, and was brilliantly offensive through and through. We laughed our asses off. HeartBreakCity/Love Dont Live Here Anymore...powerful. Music...just wow! Holiday La Vie En Rose Rebel Heart Living For Love....showing people how to rule WITH a cape. Bitch Im Madonna....done Samurai-style was unexpected. Deeper and Deeper...a beefed up album version. So energetic! The abundance of 80's hits is a smart contrast to the Rebel Heart tracks as they have alot in common with who Madonna was then and how art was created and what she has come to be today. Full circle, so to speak. It starts strong, goes trippy during the Gypsy section (just go with it) and ends fun. People seemed to enjoy the new stuff very much. Rebel Heart with the fan art was moving. Edited September 10, 2015 by Stereo
