HYPOCRISY EXPLOSION: Trump Signs Anti-Porn Pledge

A day after his team praised the nude photos of his wife that the
New York Post
published, Donald Trump promised to be tough on internet pornography. The mogul signed a document called the Children’s Internet Safety Presidential Pledge, bemoaning “unfettered internet access by youth.”

In signing the pledge, Trump also promised to “give serious consideration to appointing a Presidential Commission to examine the harmful public health impact of Internet pornography on youth, families and the American culture and the prevention of the sexual exploitation of children in the digital age.”

The pledge was created by a group called Enough is Enough. Its site says it focuses on “raising public awareness about the dangers of Internet pornography,” as well as sexual predators who target children.

Trump’s newfound tough-on-porn stance is, well, interesting. The candidate posed on the cover of the March 1990 issue of
Playboy
, and has it framed in his Manhattan office. That was long before Playboy stopped running pictures naked women, and the issue he appears in depicts lots of vaginas.

A representative for Trump’s Chicago hotel said it provides adult content on pay-per-view channels. A spokesperson for the Trump hotel New York headquarters didn’t respond to a request for comment on whether sexually explicit content is available at other hotels.

The pledge, which Trump reportedly signed on July 16th, begins:

Whereas, The First Amendment is a foundational cornerstone of the Constitution. Not all written or visual material, however, is protected under the First Amendment. The United States Supreme Court has ruled there are four categories of pornography that are not entitled to full First Amendment protection, and which can be restricted or proscribed altogether. With respect to the Internet, those categories include the obscenity and child pornography laws.

The bulk of the pledge regards human trafficking and child predators, but it’s no coincidence that Trump signed during the same week that the GOP platform officially called porn “a national health crisis.”

Yes she may be ahead again but WHY doesnt this fucking woman (during the Fox News Sunday interview) just say I f'ked up, acknowledge the e-mail drama was an error, bad judgement and will do everything I can now and as prez. to make sure it doesn't happen again etc etc...DONE! Instead she has to talk too much, still insist and twist the truth of what Comey said! Christ. Just when she has a tinge of good momentum and Trump gets slaughtered by the media. This damn woman....

Donald Trump surrogate Scottie Nell Hughes defended the GOP hopeful over the weekend after he came under fire for appearing to equate the death of a soldier in the Iraq war to “sacrifices” he made during his business career.

While speaking to ABC News on Sunday, Trump fired back against criticism from Khizr Khan, the Muslim father of a fallen U.S. soldier who died in Iraq, and argued that he had also “made a lot of sacrifices.”

Several hours later, Hillary Clinton surrogate Bernard Whitman called out Trump during a CNN panel discussion with Hughes.

“You know what, creating jobs caused him to be at work, which cost him two marriages,” Hughes asserted. “Time away from his family to sit there and invest.”

“Infidelity cost him,” Whitman interrupted. “No, actually being away from his family, he’s admitted it,” Hughes shot back.

Because every single Secretary of State before her did the same exact thing. It was just what everyone did. And it wasn't an issue until the Republicans decided it was an issue.

Of all the things you're going to bitch about Hillary, you're going to complain about the emails? God, I can't believe I'M defending Hillary.

There's so much that could be used against her, like maybe some of the sketchy things that were actually IN the emails, but everyone's bitching about her sending emails on a private server and Benghazi, which was literally out of her hands.

The other thing is, what turned out to be marked classified turned out to be human error and wasn't classified at all after Comey's briefing. When you take into account that they wouldn't even investigate 9/11, going on and on about emails just becomes more boring as well as infuriating.

Meanwhile, Mr. Trump said he got a letter from the National Football League complaining about the presidential debate schedule. But the NFL says they did not send a letter. Well, somebody is telling the truth and somebody is lying.

Trump also said he refused to meet with the Koch Brothers — but the Koch Brothers say they are the ones who refused the meeting. Again, somebody is telling the truth and somebody’s lying.

Now we have Trump saying he thinks the election is going to be rigged.

Wonderful. If he loses we now will have an angry mob of people throwing fits having crazy ass conspiracy theories on why he lost.

But then again, these same nuts spewed this garbage after Obama's two landslide victories, but at least that talk was regulated to the nuttiness of the net, where I am sure Trump will make sure this goes mainstream.

Trump was right about one thing he said awhile ago. About how he could literally shoot someone dead in the street and his followers would still support him.

I wouldn't even call what he has started a political movement at this point anymore.

I think it may happen. He doesn't want to get destroyed at the debates- especially by a woman. This whole farce was just an ego boost for him but it's gone as far as it can and will just be humiliation at the debates and when Hillary becomes president.

It's like an open secret that he only ran for president to make some cash. Why does Rick Santorum run every year? He never wins, so why? It's because it's lucrative. Up until June, Trump was using a loophole to circulate money right back to his hotels and other businesses. It was a racket that got out of control.

Trump is not of sound mind. What's happening now is a classic Hollywood meltdown, only Trump finds himself in the wrong room. He is a celebrity who has found himself at the middle of American politics - a place with many rules and expectations. He's skirted around the norms and won. But now he's in a general election and the spotlight is glaring and intense.

Clinton has been through international scandal, searing humiliation, ridiculous scrutiny, poltical highs and lows, wins and losses, and 25 years of it at that. Trump has been a throwaway C-list parasite celebrity for 30 years. He can't handle this.
