XXL
WOW, she does get more beautiful as the years pass... so true. love the pic from RIT and S&S CT was the best she ver looked (at 48) great styling and she looked beautiful and fresh, pre-2008 not that she hasn't looked good since then but of course you could tell she started doing more things It's already good enough that she hasn't gone into more invasive surgical procedures yet
Apples388
When you're the Queen of Life that's just the way things roll honey-bunnies. I'm sure the 2012 look will be on fire.
XXL
Some of those dates are a bit odd. Why would she go to Tokyo in October and then go back in December? Also I thought Wembley Stadium was booked out for the Olympics. She struggled to sell it out on S&S so I doubt she is playing 2 Hyde park dates plus a stadium in London. Wembley was sold-out marky

Madonna has never done this before. It's amazing considering her age and her children. She's such an extraordinary woman. XXL
DWT $75m RIT $125m CT $200m S&S $400m Each of them followed 2 years after the previous one (except between DWT and RIT) and doubling the previous tour box office figure With this tour she's going for the $1bn mark and no doubt she can succeed, with her average $6m gross per gig, considering there's already 100 dates in 6 months and that she plans a 2013 extension She's had the highest grossing tour for a female artist in 2006 The highest grossing tour for a solo artist in 2009 It's only fitting that now she's going to have the highest grossing tour EVER
markm
Wembley was sold-out marky Yes, it sold out eventually. But they pencilled in another show and ended up scrapping it because it took so it took so long for the first show to sell out. I doubt she will sell out 2 Hyde Park shows and a Wembley Stadium show in the current economy. The last time she sold out 3 large shows in London was BA tour. markm
She really needs to up her game on the next tour. The stage was far too INADEQUATE for stadiums. Something similar to the Take That Progress tour with a huge catwalk would be much more suitable. She needs to make the audience feel they are part of the show instead of leaving them feeling like they are in the car park outside the stadium
rafter69
i'm just glad most of the north american dates seem to be areanas and not stadiums. although i find that odd that 2 out of 30 are stadiums and why in the places that are chosen? markm
Some on M Tribe has come up with a list of why the list of tour dates could be fake 1. In this state of European economy they are scheduling Athens Olympic Stadium?? Hard to believe. 2. Two shows at Hyde Park and additional one in Wembley?? 3. Only one arena show in Berlin? (no room for additional dates) 4. Only 3 MSG shows in NY + one in East Rutherford? (no room for additional dates in NY) 5. Only two dates in LA + one in Anaheim (no room for additional LA dates) 6. All arena shows in the US, with exception of two stadium gigs in St. Louis and Indianapolis??? If she was to do stadiums in America again, my guess is that she'd normally go after traditionally safe markets, such as LA, San Francisco or Miami. 7. Only one arena show in Manila, despite all the other Asian dates being stadiums and the huge economic interest to bring Madonna to those markets for the first time. Even some lower-profile performers managed to sell out 50.000 + crowds in Manila, so I can't see the logic behind her performing in a 15.000 seat arena there and bringing all that huge and expensive production to Philippines for just one arena show. 8. No break between legs. No way she's ever gonna pull out a 7-months tour without a break.

markm
Just thought she cancelled one of the Manchester shows in S&S and struggled to sell a 2nd date on RIT. Why do they think they can sell two shows on the next tour? The north of England is really suffering at the moment from high unemployment and lack of disposable income. Unless she is reducing her ticket prices in certain markets...

I actually asked my sister that... why that 15,000-capacity Coliseum? We have bigger venues than that.... unless it's one night and really really expensive to even garner a profit MADONNA could easily sellout two dates in the Philippines no matter how expensive she will be... I wasn't aware of that but I would hardly call that struggling anyway, considering that all of her performances in Europe in leg 1 were stadiums, sold-out stadiums and that she also played two more packed dates at Wembley Arena 9 months later By the way 2008 was no less a year of financial crisis than the current times are When the dates for S&S were announced in Spring 2008, an American journalist was criticising her over her choice of playing multiple stadium gigs, saying basically that it was foolish on her part to think that she would sell-out stadiums. I guess he was proven wrong. As it often happens with Madonna. Even in this economy she remains a huge attraction everywhere in spite of her hefty ticket prices. That's undeniable. But we'll see . . . I think the reason why it took so long for the Wembley show to sell out was that they basically took the piss with the prices. They were charging 160 pounds to sit at the back of the stadium and it put a lot of people off. Same thing happened at the two 02 arena shows on round 2. Charging 125 pounds to sit at the back of the arena is a joke. The hardcore fanbase will always cough up the cash. Yes she's Madonna, yes she is a huge attraction and people are still fascinated by her but there is a limit to what the casual fans will pay. A lot of the UK media have turned on Madonna, They portray her as a rude, self and aged obsessed control freak. She really needs to do some good PR work for this next album and tour like she did with Confessions. The UK public loved her in that era.

Get Together
Personally I do not think its real, why would Tracy say " TOP SECRET!! I was only given the go-ahead to show it on this website ONLY!!" erm she posted it on a fanpage on FACEBOOK! would Madonnas team REALLY do that! Like surely they would create their own Madonna Tour 2012 WEBSITE or even have Guy Oseary tweet something. And if this Tracy actually works for LiveNation then why doesnt she post this on LiveNations website! Am I the only one that think this is suspicious!? Exactly. Let's just be patient and wait for EVERYTHING to be released officially. I think we'll save a lot of energy that way.
