Madonna Has A Sexy Surprise/INTERVIEW photoshoot

Weird? Even in a thread where the majority of fans agree how awesome this is, there is still purposeful animosity.

Anyway, I did comment earlier in this thread, how I wished this was part of a music project, but it was because I can see she and her crew put a lot of creativity and effort in this latest photoshoot. It really stands out in comparison to some of her last few albums photoshoots. I don't think those were horrible, but this photoshoot really does grab you. Unfortunately, this will not reach as far as if this was promotion for a music or even a movie she could be releasing.

Someone also mentioned that this is in promotion for her film. Well, I guess in a way it is, but the film isn't even made yet. It's a little early to do any promotion for that. By the time the film actually comes out, which could still be two or three years, this photoshoot will be history. She'll most likely have a new album out and on tour.

It's all good to me. I just wish this was part of some huge project. It's a really cool photoshoot that deserves a lot of attention.

I'm just discussing, so don't bite my head off for just offering an opinion. Too much of that going on in this thread. It really ruins the whole excitement behind this latest photoshoot especially when most of us agree that his is one hell of a shoot.

While I do see a point somewhere lost in your posts, you do come off quite combative. I'm gathering you're not much of a Lady Ga Ga fan, and this post specifically confuses me where you stand on Madonna and who you are calling trolls? I think some people throw that term around without really understanding the meaning behind it. Then again, maybe I just have the wrong idea of what a "troll" is. But to me is a "troll" is someone who purposely comes to a community simply to stir things up, and offer no real contribution the actual subject of the community. And in this case, this is a Madonna community first, so I do understand why anyone would defend Madonna to the core. What I don't understand is the people who come and spend so much time bashing her. Then we have those who bash all the other entertainers that may somewhat compare to Madonna or what not. Lady Ga Ga has been the subject of that among some other female acts. For me, I can differentiate between the two and enjoy them as TWO SEPARATE artists. If you don't like Lady Ga Ga, that's fine. I just don't understand why some who dislike her must always bring it up and throw it in the faces of Madonna fans who do like Lady Ga Ga and turn it into a contest. I also don't understand why Lady Ga Ga has to always be brought up. I'm a fan, but the majority of the mentions are from those who dislike her and then when someone dares to defend Ga Ga, they get bashed, and sometimes it just turns into another war of the words.

Personally, I think the owner of the community needs to step forward and remind people why we are here. There is far too much animosity here. I suspect I'll get bashed for trying to bring up this point, but those who like me are sick of this constant animosity between certain fans, must admit it's getting very old. Ignore is a good feature, and I try to utilize it, but some tend to forget to return the gesture and keep lashing out at others and causing more trouble than contributing to the real subject of this community... which is MADONNA and our appreciation for her. I love the thought behind this shoot. Ugh. It's so fucking incredible and it's great that one photography session can explain such a lot in such a short space of time. She looks beautiful and for good reason. It's a celebration of something extremely important. It shows that she has taken an active grip over the living legacy that is behind her.
