Ciccone's Cheeks
http://olis.onyx.pl/listy/index.asp?lang= YAY for Poland! Now we'll have to wait if it went to #1 in Belgium as well. Down to #4 in Ireland. im glad its still in their friggin top 10, let alone top 5 LOL. Be grateful it even hit #1 in that New Zealand-esque place lol, and is where it is this week
iasonas
Hugn Up was no1 in more than 43 countries. Not the CD! But any number above 15-20 in HUGE for an album! 27-18 countries is a HUGE number!
Guest Hafo
Sniper: I have a hunch Warner may be using the International Album Chart for some countries. The report claims that HC hit #1 in Belgium, even though the album peaked at #2 in both Flanders and Wallonia. That may be also the case in Brazil: the chart in Espetaculo.com.br is the most accurate we know, and HC is the highest ranked non-Brazilian album in there. Sneaky Warners if that's the case Album repeats at #1 in Netherlands.

Cherish
UPDATE: HARD CANDY falls to #3 on the Aussie album chart this week! Reason: it's Mothers Day Sales week, and adult contemporary type CDs tend to sell well. Thus, some classical violinist is No 1, and ex Australian Idol Damien Leith is No 2. It's a temporary thing, you can be sure Madonna's sales will recover next week.
iasonas
wasn't COADF in the 40's? or am i wrong? Either way she's a real GLOBAL superstar She is.. And that number shows the confessions effect! In many small european countries COADF was #2 or #3.. Now those countries made the difference! A lot of people became new fans in 2005 and 2006
Carta
Down to #3 in Australia this week, which is actually excellent, considering it's being outsold only by two albums that are targeted specifically at the Mother's Day market (it was today in Australia). COADF dropped to #6 its second week out, so HC is holding on well. It sold around 15000 last week and could have done that again this week, thanks to higher sales due to Mother's Day.
