Ugly Hecty
The only information from the Billboard Canadian PDF: In other SoundScan album highlights, Madonna’s “Hard Candy” (Warner) remains at No. 1, holding off two new releases in the top three. Garou’s first English-language album, “Piece of My Soul” (Sony BMG), opens at No. 2 (12,000 copies sold), matching the debut and peak position of his 2000 release, “Seul.” First single “Stand Up,” written by Matchbox Twenty’s Rob Thomas, enters the Hot 100 at No. 80. Neil Diamond, meanwhile, earns his best SoundScanera chart position as “Home Before Dark” (Sony BMG) starts at No. 3 with sales of 7,000. So it's over 12K. Alexz
I just realised that Warner lied when they claimed she was #1 in Mexico. As she never topped the overall or international chart.
Ugly Hecty
Warners were using this chart which every Mexican always claimed was the official chart before AMPROFON: http://www.mixup.com.mx/Mixup/subdept_port...?subdept_id=100 We know it's certainly the biggest music store there. Guest Hafo
It covers around 30-35% of the market. But it's "tilted" towards big cities and urban audiences, so it's not representative of the whole spectrum. Albums in the "popular" category usually sell more outside Mix-Up, while albums in the "English" category do well.

Cherish
#4 in Australia Still in the Top 5 after 3 weeks: not so bad! In comparison: E = MC2 has sunk to #28! Mariah is a flop Down Under.
Carta
It's holding up very nicely in Australia. COADF only spent one week in the Top 5, although it did spend the entire Christmas period in the Top 10 (i.e. huge sales).
