People who exercise as much as she does in their 20s and 30s have much more veiny hands than she has. Anyway, God forbid her face, body or hands EVER age. It's either criticism about her aged appearance or the puffy face. So basically one has no choice, either way you can't win. If Madonna had to base her life on what the press or sometimes her fans say/write she'd have left showbiz 5 years in. And obviously it is purely a coincidence that they made an article about her "veiny spotty hands" and chose the worst possible pic they could have picked from that segment of MDNA Totally!
