Congrats to topper Peter Paterno… Scratch that—we just learned Peter’s no longer at the label… Anyhoo, here’s what we’re looking at—and while we’re at it, here’s looking at you, kid.... * Paramore (Fueled by Ramen) 185-195k * Mariah Carey (Island/IDJ) 160-170k * Barbra Streisand (Columbia) 150-160k * Breaking Benjamin (Hollywood) 140-150k * Alice in Chains (Virgin) 130-140k Jay-Z (Roc Nation) 80-85k * Miranda Lambert (Columbia Nashville) 70-75k * Madonna (Warner Bros.) 65-70k Pearl Jam (Monkeywrench) 65-70k * AFI (Interscope) 55-60k * Selena Gomez & the Scene (Hollywood) 55-60k Whitney Houston (Arista/RMG) 45-50k Miley Cyrus (Hollywood) 40-45k * Dethklok (Williams Street) 40-45k Harry Connick Jr. (Columbia) 40-45k * Denotes debut You may now return to debating a possible re-fi with your spouse. Guest Qbanito21 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 It's looking better now guys keep the faith! We all knew already for days that Madonna will make the Top 10 and sell around 65K - 70K. Don't have a cow! (you just might make the COW go #1 with all the negativity!! hehe)

Guest Danny86 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 The lambs' meltdown at Pulse is both hilarious and creepy at the same time.
Ciccone's Cheeks Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 oh my, very close. do u think mimi has a decent shot to pull it out though?
Zezwer Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 The lambs' meltdown at Pulse is both hilarious and creepy at the same time. quotes?
Dickens Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 The lambs' meltdown at Pulse is both hilarious and creepy at the same time. Could you provide a link? I'd love to witness that meltdown!
Skin Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Anyone visit any Lamb boards? Are they slitting their wrists? Evidently I found out being on the Twilight soundtrack is what gave Paramore their push into the mainstream, so I guess we can thank that silly movie and wannabe fat goth chicks everywhere for this!
Dindi Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 The top 3 seems pretty close. I think it might be a bit of a toss up when it comes to the actual Billboard 200.
promise to try Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 it seems that people are happier to see mariah at number 3 than to see madonna in the top ten
Guest Danny86 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Could you provide a link? I'd love to witness that meltdown! This is the thread http://pulsemusic.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=gmn&action=display&thread=89704 Already 17 pages long.
horn Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 at lapdancer101 from pulse. I think he's gonna have a breakdown if Mimi failed to top the chart.
Cherish Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 "Celebration" making the Top 10 with minimal promotion(at least in the first half of last week): good result for Madonna! Mariah debuting at a "lowly" #3, despite all the over the top promotion & U.S radio relentlessly pimping her crap music: LMFAO! I tell ya, "Pariah" is headed for a colossal flop!
Guest Danny86 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I'm sure this is the last time for Mariah. Her single got 85 million audience impressions, it struggled to sell 1 million and her album is opening with Janet sized flop sales. They rushed this album out because they knew next year it would even sell less, killing any anticipation and demand outside her core fanbase. Mariah constantly talks about starting a family now so I can see her taking 1 or 2 years off and by then CD sales won't even be counted, so I'm not even sure if she'll ever have a comeback, but probably will become a Vegas staple, singing "Hero" and "We Belong Together" night after night till the end of time...
horn Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 The difference between Hits & Soundscan figures are around 10K-15K. To secure a Billboard #1, Paramore must sell 20K or more. I betting on Paramore will top both Hits & Billboard Chart.
Pink Matter Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Qbanita your HDD emotions made me pee my pants So much love for Madonna and so much hate for The cow has made my day And to have an even nicer day i'mma start readind the lambs meltdown on Pulse i do hope Madonna will end up tonight with 75-80k
