Moe, stop posting over and over again asking how it's doing. Do you not understand the difference between + and -? Spins are going up. Audience impressions are going up. Those are GOOD things.

There is nothing more anyone can say than what has been said already. I even responded to you about an hour ago.

Stop being rude. I asked a simple question if you cant answer it then dont. I dont get these charts simple as that,, hence why i ask.

I ANSWERED your question, and then you ignored my answer and continued posting "how's it doing?" over and over again and called the other threads useless.

a TOP 5 is something I am thrilled with. I am not even letting my mind wander to thinking of a #1.

don't resist the temptation my baby james... :horny:

it will be TOP 3 by tomorrow...

moe dear, in fairness to BAD ROBOT, he tried explaining things to the extent of putting up a stats thread that you said if of "no help" (that is also quite rude)... anyway, since we're all posting here for the love of charts, why not ask a more specific question so that we can answer it directly. Like what is that M for? or What is that +4.320 for? something specific like that... so that you won't get such a broad answer as well...

oh wow... then 4 MINUTES rightly must have more spins in Z100, something like 90+ spins... :demonic:

So if 4M really does peak in the mid 40's AI as Bad Robot predicted, is that considered a good performance for a pop song? I was secretly optimistic and hoping for an AI at least somewhere in the 50's.

I think it's hard to predict at this point but i do agree that AI probably won't reach higher than 50M.

Maybe if the song jumps to #5 or so on this week's chart, radio play will increase considerably too.

For Madonna at this stage, yah, 40M+ would be pretty decent. Last time she had that (and more) was "Die Another Day" (peaked at No. 15 Hot 100 Airplay).

Her last time in the top 40 on H100 Airplay was "Me Against the Music "(No. 38 peak- she wasn't the credited lead act, though).

There are so many definitions of good to consider.

45M by Madonna's standards? Her biggest hit in 6 years. Looking further back, that would make it bigger than songs like ROL and POG but lower than songs like Frozen, Music, DTM, and DAD.

45M by Timbaland and Justin's standards? Would be considered rather weak, really.

Please note I've added a more detailed Mediabase breakdown to the chart stats thread pinned at the top of the forum.

I think 40's M is very likely.. and I agree if this song goes to top 10 it will more likely increase in airplay. Ofcourse it's hard to predict though and at any second things can take a turn forthe worse.

All in all, this is very exciting.. the last time i got excited over charts was when HU was charting.

still don't understand why tmb is a Rythmic\urban song but 4m's not

well it's a rhetorical question

mariah has been doin the black thing for a while... she's urbanised

madonna is still white predominantly

MEDIABASE UPDATE :

POP - 3,981 (from 3,802)

Rhythmic - 811 (from 800)

Hot AC - 287 (from 272)

AC - 12 (from 12)

Urban - 68 (from 57)

5,159 spins as of March 31

Total AI : 31.527M

again, the increase has been snailpace. The video should be released along with the remixes which as these will certainly generate interest.

Am excited on this week's BB as who will be right how high 4 minutes will jump into top. I say #5 (highest) but some say its #3 and even #2.

But after this week, we might see a big slide as the sales would have peaked and airplay has slowed down unless of course the video, the remixes and even the album release will generate huge interest on the song.

I'm sure 4M will get even more airplay once it flies up the Hot 100, thanks to its digital sales.

the video and remixes will certainly put interest on the song... :)

botoxic: "With the afternoon update, 4 Minutes literally ties Hung Up's peak Mediabase airplay figure - 33.367 million impressions (down to the third decimal point even!).

It is 4 Minutes' 15th day of airplay.

It took Hung Up 48 days to reach the same audience number."
