cruncher9123 Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Cool idea, the remix is great, let's hope that she notices him. He's 18 and Brazilian, of course she'll notice him. Just look at my sig.
karbatal Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Hot remix. Weird way to get noticed. But this remix shits on 99% of remixes released this era.
Guest Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 He's 18 and Brazilian, of course she'll notice him. Just look at my sig. The remix is ...alright and not worth the commotion.
david86 Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 so many remixes who cares if its official or not. although most 18yr old brazilian guys would have my instant approval
realityisalways Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 So when an 18-year-old DJ named Nick Deboni placed a classified ad in the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday (Aug. 11), it's no wonder he was channeling one of his favorite singers. The strange ad shows a large photo of Deboni's face with text saying, "I published this ad to reach you Madonna and ask you, please, to approve my remix." He is referring to his remix of the pop star's "Devil Pray," and he included links to his official Facebook and SoundCloud pages in the ad. illboard confirmed with the L.A. Times classifieds office that the ad ran Tuesday in the News section on page 8. The image of the ad began trending on Reddit later in the day and has gained more than 130,000 views. According to Deboni's SoundCloud, this is his first remix, and it has had over 60,000 plays. He has also posted original mixes that have gained more than 140,000 plays. The DJ plays at Brazilian nightclubs and has racked up more than 67,000 likes on his Facebook page. Madonna's representatives did not immediately respond to Billboard's request for comment. realityisalways Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 She should move to Brazil, she's still huge there. #CometoBrazil
Stephen Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Has anyone heard the mix? I'm curious. https://soundcloud.com/nickdeboni/madonna-devil-pray-nick-deboni-remix It's right here! I like it, tho I think it sounds kinda weird to me in some places--too many bells and whistles...but it's hot
jonski43 Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 This is great for the album! It's a well done mix although too 'Euro' for me but still better than a lot of the generic remixes from the singles.
Guest bluejean Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Seeking approval from Madonna... The kids got no idea
Roland Barthes Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 There's a thread about it already http://forums.madonnanation.com/index.php?showtopic=50381
Nonoka Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 I think it's cute he decided to put out this ad. Maybe M WILL reach out to him. He seems like a young talented guy, so it's worth a try.
