Guest beachboi-69 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 Well I have to say it may have a chance ... following the MJ re-appreciation. America is a little more light hearted right now
Etips Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 It'll probably do well in sales, but I wouldn't hold out much hope for airplay.
Guest beachboi-69 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 Yeah sales will be good no doubt on that.
gemini1313 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 yay! gonna listen to it just now...thanks for the link.
LSD Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 since dance and electro pop is somewhat welcome on US radio again thx to the Lady GaGas etc..even if this song is epic, flawless (which the gut is tellin me it may be), the ONLY reason it wouldnt get played is cause its M - very simple! I'm really hoping after MJ's death Madonna will have become a Classic Great One in the eyes of the media, and it'll bring her some success in the US. It won't last forever, of course, but if the GH and her next album are big hits, that would be great.
hesser Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 its the 80's, 90's and 00's all mixed up !!!!!!!!!! Its Cathy Dennis, La Bouche, Hadaway, Ace of Base, Blackbox, Snap, and Cascada all mixed up.
Guest beachboi-69 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 Its Cathy Dennis, La Bouche, Hadaway, Ace of Base, Blackbox, Snap, and Cascada all mixed up. Why am I not getting that campy feeling those songs carry? Snap is just nasty
Guest beachboi-69 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I am getting a WIFLFAG... ABove and Beyond mix vibe... totally... and thats a good Cake Mix!
mnation09 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I love itttttt Got a real late 80's early 90's sound with a much harder edge than what she was doing at the time... can anyone else hear Pump up the Jam in there?
Stephen Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I hear a bit of his hollywood mix in this...someone should make a mashup with hollywood, this, and erotica (after my body, your body, PUT YOUR HANDS ALL OVER MY BODY!!)
Guest Coked Up Baby Boy Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I hate dubs, so i'll reserve my final opinion of it until i hear the proper album version. But i do like it, straight up dance with a catchy hook. What's not to like?
Ciccone's Cheeks Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 i predict another HU like scenerio -- will do well, possibly very well on the US itunes sales chart, but will do mediocore on radio = top 10 hit for sure, but no more. W.W., #1s poppin up everywhere!!
GimmeSomeMo Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 OK I need a youtube link cause this is going up on my Facebook STAT.

Guest ketchup Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I am so eager to hear the final song now, it keeps getting better. I love "it's a celebration!"
Ciccone's Cheeks Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 yeah, this song went from meh/ d.o.a,to the greenest musical bull market ever lol.
Carta Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 Where are all the haters in this thread? Maybe they don't want to admit that they actually like what they hear after so loudly declaring that the song was garbage based on the 20-second clip
moe Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 Again she's raised the bar for the rest! And Paul has a new found appreciation from me!
