No there isn't, but it's pretty doubtful that "Give It 2 Me" could reach #1. Even Duffy, who's pretty big in the UK right now didn't get to #1 with her second single. 'Sorry' wasnt an unexpected no1 in UK at all...it was one of her most catchy ever singles ,it had huge airplay , was released after her biggest 00s' single and also after an excellent word of mouth that the whole Confessions period had (in contrast with the HC period)...oh and it was also released in a relatively 'quiet' period (not big saleswise)...the only challenge that 'Sorry' faced were the huge album sales (which always hurt subsequent singles).... About "Sorry", that was still an era where physical sales could shoot an established artist to #1. Remember "4 Minutes" went to #1 before it was physically released, so times have changed.
