Guest Hafo Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 COADF is back in the Top 40, 46.000 this week, total 7.334.000. What are the chances of Sorry and Hung Up being in the Top 10 of the year?
Skin Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 So taking the World Chart total plus the areas that this chart does not cover is Confessions close to the 10 million mark?
Guest Hafo Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 No way. The United World Chart sales are ESTIMATES, you can check their methodology (they only know real sales from 4 countries and the rest are distributed according to a statistic estimation). I'd still stick to 8M copies shipped worldwide until WBR or IFPI comes up with an updated number.
mtzlplk Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 COADF is back in the Top 40, 46.000 this week, total 7.334.000. What are the chances of Sorry and Hung Up being in the Top 10 of the year? hmmm, so it lost one week of around 40K sales in its total right? because it was not in the TOP 40 last week...
mtzlplk Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 ROL - 14M MUSIC - 12M AL - 4M COADF - 10M very nice recovery...
mtzlplk Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 How is SORRY & HUNG UP faring for the 2006 year-ender? HUNG UP scored 3.5M points SORRY is at 5.1M points You're Beautiful is close to 4M for 2006, YB ang HU were both in the 2005 Top 10 year-ender.
mtzlplk Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 Man, Confessions left AL in the dust and then some. yeah, can you imagine if only US radio supported Hung Up, Sorry and Get Together big time? COADF could've already surpassed Music's 12M cume...
Guest Xanthium Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 Could someone post that list of best selling albums with COADF on it? The one where she was behind Mariah, I forget the name of the chart.
