binarycool
Nope, they were regular priced seats at $360. I did an even exchange for the seats I had in row 21 on the end to these new seats so it cost no extra money. Mine were also from a Citi presale so that shouldn't be an issue either. Give Ticketmaster a call. Good luck!

lori
AC is in such a slump right now. Four major casinos closed in the last 2 years and many are operating at a loss. There's talk that even Caesar's Palace will be closing. A lot of the casinos can't afford to buy tickets to give away to their customers. They're all pinching pennies. I would say this contributed greatly to the slow sales.
UnapologeticRebel
Seriously they wouldn't let you? They gave me some trouble but I finally was able to upgrade - even exchange but much better location. It was more about then not knowing how to do it at first. As far as getting more people to go, I don't know anyone who is willing to pay these prices and I can't buy anymore for friends and family than I have already. I wish I could though. I'd like to think we're overreacting to this whole thing though and that once the reviews start pouring in people will realize she's on tour - seriously some people might not even know. If it were that bad, I'd think they'd be more proactive with the advertisement than they have been.

Yeah I told the guy on the phone what I was looking to do, he took about a minute then came back with "the promoter has a strict no refund/exchange policy" and added "especially this close to the event". I'm sure I could have pushed the issue further, but honestly I'm was/am a little hesitant to make an exchange to begin with. It looks like i'd be back in row 21, which definitely would be better for catwalk viewing, but i'm thinking not as good for main stage viewing? Ugh, I don't know. I believe you were told wrong unfortunately. I'm not sure about the time frame issue, but you absolutely can do an exchange for tickets for events at this particular venue - not all venues offer this but Boardwalk Hall does. If you're hesitant than i'd just stick with what you have, and if you ready my story that I posted earlier in this thread you can see the headache that I went through, but if you bought over the phone/online it should be much easier. You can always call back and be ready to tell them exactly what section and seats you want - you can use the map on Ticketmasters website to see what's open. I hate the fact that good/great seats get released after the pre-sales a lot of the time, but it's the game we have to play. I know exactly how you feel. But, don't feel too bad because section 103 is a great section and you should have an awesome view. What seats were you looking to get in exchange? I wonder if other artists are selling slower than normal in Atlantic City?? Madonna is one of the bigger acts that come there - and consistently. Oh well - I just looked at the map again, it doesn't look that bad really - there's still time for great reviews and word of mouth to travel around from the NYC and Philly shows which could spark interest. Thanks, I think I am just going to stick with what I have. I was in the equivalent section for MDNA (on the other side of the arena) and had a great view. The only thing is you don't really have a straight on view of the stage. Anyhow, to answer you're question I was looking at row 21 as there seem to be a bunch of seats in that row. I have to consider the people I'm going with too, I don't think they are too keen on floor seats.

No problem...In my opinion, with a show like this (long catwalk) you really can't get the "BEST" seat - because they all have their perks - close to the main stage, close to the end stage, in the middle of the catwalk....I don't think there's any ideal seat that's perfect in these situations. ryan
I think I just might get tickets for this show for my bf and I instead of Brooklyn, since it's much cheaper for better quality seats. I just have a fear of the show getting canceled. I don't think That will happen, but who knows

ryan
Nope, would be my first time. My bf lives and works in NYC, and sometimes he's required to work late nights, so MSG was out of the question. AC is a possibility, but I would need a hotel room for the night, meaning more $$$ I think I've just decided on going to the Brooklyn show, and then getting a single floor ticket for myself in either Philly or AC. Sounds like a good plan. I'd really recommend the AC show if you can make it. The smaller venue makes such a big difference. It makes the whole show and stage just....bigger. UnapologeticRebel
Just a heads up - a lot of great seats have been reduced in price! Looks like a lot mores seats have started to sell. I'm not happy, because I paid double what my seats are worth now! and people who paid less will now be much closer than us. I'm really disappointed and upset - even though I probably shouldn't be. Hopefully this helps someone thinking of going to this show.
binarycool
It's crazy that some seats that were $260 originally are now $49! Helping to sell tickets though. Still a lot of floor seats available but nothing too great that is not VIP. My friends are looking for 2 floor seats if anyone has any to sell at face value. UnapologeticRebel
It really sucks for us that buy right away though! I guess I should just be glad it's not cancelled! I would have bought 2nd price level seats had they been in better locations on the original sale date.
ryan
I already have plans made for this day, so I won't be attending. But if there's a chance of rain, I'll be at the show, ha

Routa
Markm, no offence but it seems you are on pretty much always saying The same over and over again. Yes The tour is a huge flop blaah blaah. Sales are a disaster! No need to be in lala land and its ok to discuss realities.
