What were the years she did yoga regularly? 1997-? I wonder if she can still do some of those CRAZY ASS poses. Best artist of all time: Madonna. Starman Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 Im not sure but i think her training timeline goes like this 1997-2001 (rocco) and moving to london power Yoga 2001- 2005 (horse accident) yoga + pilates 2005 - 2007 mostly pilates , ( her pictures leaving) that london gym) late 2007-2010 (tracy and her method) 2011-2013 (dancing with nicole + the rubber bands) 2014 ( dancing , rubber bands and yoga is back) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've been pretty (semi) hard-core with my exercise routine for about 12 years and I always wanted arms like hers. Started weight training (lifting heavy) and now I feel like I finally have "Madonna arms!" lol Anyway, her body is a work of art! She's taken such good care of her self all these years and it has sure made a difference as she has gotten older. Such a role model and inspiration for health and fitness.
