LoveBoxx Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 tashleyd from Mtribe. i was there. i stood next to chris rock the entire show...literally....i stepped on his feet i dont know how many times!!! I was jumping so hard!! we were in section 6 row b, seats 1 and 2 ended up being the best seats in the house!! Arod was 4 seats down from me. Pharrell sat behind me and watched intently the crowd reaction when M performed the songs he produced. ptdancerpt gave kelly ripa some heart sunglasses and we took pics with her. shes way too skinny but so very sweet. she needs meat on her ass!haha guy oseary, ingrid and michael berg all were next to me. it really was amazing. I found these seats on tuesday by a random refresh on tickmaster. I almost puked when the usher took my boyfriend and I to our seats. I was so thrilled!!! he got to see madonna from front at his first ever M show!!! Im glad he was there cause I was such in shock at everyone around me, I didnt even recognize Pharrell in the car at first! I shaked my ass with Chris Rocks wife during Like A Prayer and Madonna flirted intently with the first rows. winking and smiling at all of us!!!!! BRILLIANT! also madonna is too gorgegous to put into words. Shes so lovely. Ill post pics when I return home from NY

Jessica Rabbit Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 According to Perez & my local radio station Arod, Jerry Seinfeld & wife, Chris Rock, Tom Brady and Giselle were there. Kelly Ripa shed a tear when M mentioned Lola's bday and dedication.

Probed By Greys Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 Before the guitar riff on Hung Up, she said this the sound of Sarah Palin thinking. Sarah Palin right now is an easy target. Everyone is bashing her. I get the feeling this is going to end up helping Sarah Palin. She's not stupid, by constantly making fun of her its lowering people's expectations of her, then when people hear her talk they are impressed by her. This is what happened at the debate, 87% of people said she did better than they expected. If McCain loses, Sarah Palin will be the Republican nominee in 2012 or 2016. Oddly, usually who ever gets the most press (negative or positive) wins the election. This usually is the case even in years where the nominee is heavily hated (Ex: Bush). Also, I heard in the news that whoever sells the most Halloween masks always wins the election. Bush masks where hot the last 2 election Halloweens. This year Obama is selling the most masks, but Sarah Palin doesn't have a mask yet. People love to dress up as her and make fun of her. I bet that if they had a Sarah Palin mask it would outsell all the others presidential candidate masks. Who knows, maybe all this Sarah Palin trashing will help Sarah in the longrun, and maybe even in Nov. People love to cheer for the underdog.

MaddysMuff Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 Posted this elsewhere, but no one reads that board. My review: Zombie gave all the details. However, this show/trip was really special for me for several reasons. It was my first time visiting NYC, and I fell in love. I feel like it's MY city, even though I was only there for 48 hours. I will say, though, it WILL be MY city soon. As soon as possible. This was also the first time where me, zombie, and his Mr. got to spend some REAL quality time together. These guys are so genuine, caring, and a lot of fucking fun! These dudes are the real deal, and I'm lucky to call them friends of mine. Also, this was the best Madonna show I've ever seen. No matter what show I prefer overall (which would be Confessions), this one blew everything else out of the water due to the energy involved. And I know I'm only the millionth person to say that, but the bitches aren't lying. Also, I got a Monte pick, exchanged some ghey ass kisses with Kelly Ripa, pretended to butt fuck one of M's security guards, flattered the LAV Madonna with my obscene mouth, and did my best to get her to sing "Gambler" during the request section (which is the main reason I'm hoarse, I'm sure). By the way, there were these douche bags handing out these "I'll Remember" signs. It was ridiculous. Had the various single covers, including the STR album cover, plus the lyrics to the parts Madonna and the audience should sing if it was to be requested......... I mean, of all songs? God, what a waste that would've been. MUST FUCKING SEE.
