Guest bluejean
That tracklisting can't be real, it has more than 34 hits. Unless the Japan one gets an extra song tacked on?
Guest Danny86
My God, that's the exactly same fake tracklist that's being posted EVERYWHERE for 2 weeks. This is definitely the all time worst, not even the fake S&ST setlists were this annoying.

And if this really is the Japanese version, shouldn't "Miles Away" be included, since that song did pretty well over there?

Guest travelinstillness
Doubt it - I mean official website have given us the release date and everything. Maybe any release of another single (revolver?) and it's video may be pushed back? i highly doubt it. lighthouse RARELY if ever gets his information correct. The worship he always receives there makes me laugh so hard because he's so unreliable. He's always backtracking whenever he posts his "OMG BREAKING NEWS" drivel. oh and i don't buy for 1 second that he's not only a pap but also one of Madonna's favorite as he always claims either. i also want to know why i didn't get an email from Amazon, since I ordered on the same day that he supposedly did (according to his 'email' he posted) and we ordered from the exact same website. if amazon sent out a mass email to everyone who pre-ordered Celebration, we would ALL be getting it at the same time. Guest Danny86
I know it's Warner and all, but surely they can't be this unprofessional. Days after unleashing the campaign they would not make a mistake like this. Also, Amazon.com is NEVER an official source for this stuff, they always post fake covers and release dates before official announcement. I don't remember any Madonna album being delayed after it was officially announced either. As for the tracklist, it won't appear on Amazon or HMV either. When it's out, the likes of Billboard are going to post it and these stores will be the LAST ones to get it uploaded. Just a reminder, the tracklist of AL and COADF were "forced out" by fansites when they kept leaking the titles, so Madonna.com had to confirm. HC appeared on a Warner sheet that leaked online and I think a day after Madonna.com published it. I don't know how GHV2 went, but I know there were rumours about live versions of "Holiday" & "Music" being included, plus some unknown Japanese bonus track, these were completely false as well. And yeah, fans expecting "Angel", "Causing A Commotion", "Hanky Panky", "Rescue Me" or "Bad Girl" on a 34 track GH is definitely getting ridiculous. Guest Danny86
True but then Madonna including Miles Away, Get Together, Hollywood etc is more ridiculous. I know, but those have the excuse of being recent songs, people being familiar with them via videos and live performances. Who cares if "Angel" went to #5 24 years ago when she never sang it on tour since then, was left out of TIC and only gets a handful of spins? I thought it was generally accepted that "Angel" was a hit because anything she could have released in 1985 would have been a hit, plus "ITG" was the B-side. I doubt "Hollywood" or "GT" are gonna be on it though.

Guest Danny86
^Missing: Borderline Dress You Up Cherish Secret You Must Love Me Miles Away Doubt Warner would go with "AL" and "HW" over any of those. 2 song from Erotica but only 1 from BS is also unlikely. Apparently for some people, tracklists appearing on various retail sites, forums and blogs are more reliable than hints from her official site, because they can't imagine "Miles Away" being included. Guest thehiltonsuite
Who's That Girl was a #1 hit so it should be on there. And I'll Remember was a #2 hit and one of her BEST ballads! She doens't show that song enough love. You'll See was also big in the U.S. Those should DEFINATELY make it before The Power of Goodbye! Hollywood & Get Together should not be on there! No way! Guest Danny86
^What was big more than a decade ago might be forgotten today. Madonna shows love to her current songs instead of the mid-90s. None of them would affect sales anyway.

Unless you are from another planet only a handful of songs this decade were hits let alone songs you'd want to remember. Unless you are from another planet only a handful of songs this decade were hits let alone songs you'd want to remember. When did I say it was not a career retrospective?! I'm just saying those ballads are not ESSENTIAL, not many people are going to look for THOSE when they pick this CD up. Also, people are only debating the addition "Miles Away", not the whole decade, as the majority of the compilation will have 80s stuff. Nobody said the CD will be filled with "Nothing Fails" or "Love Profusion".

bliss
Who the hell is Patty? Let's put it this way if you hear rock'n'roll blaring from a jukebox at your local shake shop with queens wearing pantsuits with flip hairdos carrying a vinyl record or 2 piece dresses with an inward flip carrying a book than you know there's a celebration going on.
