They usually change it to "Trick" they did that with Busta Rhymes "I love my Bitch" and LMFAO "I'm in Miami Bitch" but both artists recorded radio friendly ones. They'll prob just bleep out where M Says Bitch. Won't be that hard and won't butcher the song at all.

They say it all the time on those reality shows like the Real Housewives, but they are on cable. Not sure if you can say it on a regular network.
