  1. Woman caught without face mask whips off undies to use instead
    Tom Williams | 26 Feb 2021

    PRC_184375415.jpg?quality=90&strip=all&z

A woman who was caught without a face covering while shopping in a supermarket was quick to come up with an alternative solution.

Footage has emerged of the moment a customer whipped off her underwear and put them over her nose and mouth to placate a security guard during a row in South Africa.
The viral incident was filmed at a Pick n Pay supermarket. The woman was asked to put on a mask – as is the law in South Africa – but claimed she did not have one.

After the staff member threatens to remove her from the store, the woman then reaches under her dress and takes off her undies to use instead.

Another female shopper, reportedly the same woman who went viral earlier in the week for telling supermarket staff to remove their face masks, says ‘well done’ and appears to congratulate the woman.

However, the shopper’s actions were criticised by many online who told her to ‘grow up.’

One Facebook user said: ‘Stay at home and do online shopping if you don’t like the idea of wearing a mask.’

Another commented: ‘This makes me sick. She is aware of the law worldwide. We have a serious virus and (she thinks) a G-string will save her. Come on grow up. What must your family think?’

In December 2020, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa stressed that not wearing a face mask in public is a criminal offence. He said: ‘A person who does not wear a mask could be arrested and prosecuted. On conviction, they will be liable to a fine or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or to both a fine and imprisonment.’
The country was the first place where a highly infectious new variant of the disease was discovered.

Cases of the so-called ‘South African strain’ have now spread around the globe amid fears it that it might be more resistant to vaccines.

The country is seen nearly 50,000 deaths and 1.5million cases from Covid since the pandemic began almost a year ago.

Trump to claim total control of GOP
Mike Allen | 20 hours ago - Politics & Policy

    1613989830992.jpg

In his first post-presidential appearance, Donald Trump plans to send the message next weekend that he is Republicans' "presumptive 2024 nominee" with a vise grip on the party's base, top Trump allies tell Axios.

What to watch: A longtime adviser called Trump's speech a "show of force," and said the message will be: "I may not have Twitter or the Oval Office, but I'm still in charge." Payback is his chief obsession.

Axios has learned that Trump advisers will meet with him at Mar-a-Lago this week to plan his next political moves, and to set up the machinery for kingmaking in the 2022 midterms.

    • Trump is expected to stoke primary challenges for some of those who have crossed him, and shower money and endorsements on the Trumpiest candidates.
    • State-level officials, fresh off censuring Trump critics, stand ready to back him up.

Why it matters: Trump's speech Sunday at CPAC in Orlando is designed to show that he controls the party, whether or not he runs in 2024.

    • His advisers argue that his power within the GOP runs deeper and broader than ever, and that no force can temper him.
    • "Trump effectively is the Republican Party," Trump senior adviser Jason Miller told me. "The only chasm is between Beltway insiders and grassroots Republicans around the country. When you attack President Trump, you're attacking the Republican grassroots."

The big picture: The few Republicans who have spoken ill of Trump since the election — including House members who voted to impeach him, and senators who voted to convict — have found themselves censured, challenged and vilified by the parties in their home states.

What's next: Trump's leadership PAC, Save America, has $75 million on hand, and he has a database of tens of millions of names.

The long game: Many Trump confidants think he'll pretend to run but ultimately pass. He knows the possibility — or threat — gives him leverage and attention.

A Trump source said some Republicans have told him: "If you endorse me, I'll run."

    • But advisers say that's not how it'll work. This week's meeting will aim to tap the brakes.
    • Instead, Trump is going to set up a formal process for vetting potential endorsees, including a requirement that they raise money and put together an organization.

What we're watching: Trump plans to argue in the CPAC speech that many of his predictions about President Biden have already come true.

    • Look for Trump to lay into "the swamp" and Beltway insiders in a big way.
    • The Trump source said: "Much like 2016, we’re taking on Washington again."

Ted Cruz's wife texted neighbours inviting them to flee 'freezing' homes to Mexican resort
    Nick Allen | Fri, 19 February 2021, 11:43 pm·3-min read

Ted Cruz has faced condemnation from Texans as leaked text messages showed his wife had planned a four-day family break in Mexico as millions in the storm-ravaged state went without power.

Heidi Cruz sent a group text message to friends saying their home was “FREEZING” and they "couldn't stand it anymore". She asked if anyone wanted to join a trip to Cancun, Mexico and suggested the Ritz-Carlton hotel.

According to the messages, leaked to the New York Times, Mrs Cruz wrote: "Anyone can or want to leave for the week? We may go to Cancun there is a direct flights at 4:45pm and hotels w capacity. Seriously. Covid test to come back which we will take there."

She added: "The Ritz Carlton has rooms at like $300 and we've been there many times great property god security etc no issues."

Mr Cruz, who lives in Houston and represents Texas as a US senator, has been lambasted for the trip.

Texas has been plunged into chaos by a devastating snow storm which left millions, including the Cruz family, without electricity.

Mr Cruz and his family left on Wednesday afternoon but, after being spotted at the airport, he issued a statement. The senator said he was just being a "good Dad" by taking his two daughters to Mexico.

He said they had asked to go on a trip with friends, given that school was cancelled for the week, and he was flying back on Thursday.

However, after returning, amid widespread questioning of his explanation, Mr Cruz confirmed he had originally been scheduled to stay in Mexico through the weekend.

The senator said he began second-guessing the trip the moment he first got on the plane.

He said: "It was obviously a mistake. In hindsight, I wouldn't have done it."

The trip was condemned by Democrats and Republicans, and could harm Mr Cruz's ambitions to be the Republican presidential nominee in 2024.

He finished second to Donald Trump last time there was a race for the Republican nomination in 2016. Allen West, chairman of the Texas Republican Party, said: "It's something that he has to answer to his constituents about.

"I'm here trying to take care of my family and look after my friends and others that are still without power. That's my focus."

The extreme weather has been blamed for the deaths of at least 57 people in Texas and nearby states. After five days of outages many Texans now have power back, although 185,000 businesses and homes were still without it on Friday.

The weather affected drinking water systems and seven million people, a quarter of the Texas population, were told to boil tap water before drinking it.

  5. Poor Dr.Fauci...

Dr Fauci says Trump did ‘terrible things’ to him and now has to live under armed security
The doctor said he has been living under the protection of armed security since last April
Graig Graziosi | 19 hours ago

Donald Trump would do "terrible things" anytime Dr Anthony Fauci disagreed with him publicly, the doctor revealed in a recently released interview.

The Mr Trump's antagonistic behaviour towards Dr Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, inspired his supporters to do the same. Now, Dr Fauci has to live under the care of armed guards since last April.

During an interview with The Telegraph, Dr Fauci - who became a household name thanks to his press conference appearances in the early days of the coronavirus's spread throughout the US, often times looking dismayed by Mr Trump's comments - said the former president was vindictive and used his loyalists in other government offices to undermine him.

“Like he allowed [White House trade adviser] Peter Navarro to write an editorial in USA Today saying that almost everything I’ve ever said was wrong,” the doctor said. “He allowed the communications department of the White House to send out a list to all of the media, all of the networks, all of the cables, all of the print press, about all of the mistakes I’ve made, which was absolute nonsense because there were no mistakes.”

Eventually, Mr Trump sidelined Dr Fauci, barring him from further public appearances, and replaced him with Dr Scott Atlas, who was loyal to the president.

Mr Atlas had no expertise in infectious diseases and often parroted whatever talking point Mr Trump was pushing at the time.

Dr Fauci - who has worked with six presidents - said Mr Trump was not the first president he struggled to work alongside.

In the 1980's, Dr Fauci was serving under former President Ronald Reagan, and recalled the Republican's reluctance to take the AIDS crisis ravaging the LBGT community seriously.

Even still, Dr Fauci felt his relationship with that president was significantly better than the one he shared with Mr Trump, claiming Mr Reagan "never did anything to obstruct what I was trying to do."

He said Mr Trump's reliance on bunk "science" and insistence on repeating conspiracy theories directly undermined his attempts to let facts guide the country's coronavirus response.

“I was trying to let science guide our policy, but [Mr Trump] was putting as much stock in anecdotal things that turned out not to be true as he was in what scientists like myself were saying,” Dr Fauci said. “That caused unnecessary and uncomfortable conflict where I had to essentially correct what he was saying, and put me at great odds with his people.”

Mr Trump became fed up with Dr Fauci questioning and correcting him, and disparaged him both privately and publicly.

“People are tired of hearing Fauci and all these idiots,” Mr Trump said during a call with his staffers last year. “Fauci is a disaster.

The president also complained about the positive media attention Dr Fauci received.

Near the end of his time in office, Mr Trump - who was still convinced he would have a second term - openly pondered firing Dr Fauci.

“Now I actually want to go a step farther, but I realize the president is a kind-hearted man and a good man  ,” Mr Bannon said. “I’d actually like to go back to the old times of Tudor England, I’d put the heads on pikes, right, I’d put them at the two corners of the White House as a warning to federal bureaucrats. You either get with the program or you’re gone – time to stop playing games.”

Dr Fauci called the comments "very unusual."

  6. Ladies & Gentlemen! Jessica has reborn! :dramatic: 😢

‘BORN AGAIN’ Ex-Human Ken Doll Jessica Alves completes gender transformation with £13,700 op to build a new vagina in Thailand
    Sarah Grealish | 19 Feb 2021

FORMER Human Ken Doll Jessica Alves has had a pioneering £13,700 operation in Thailand to complete the final stage of her gender transformation

The 37-year-old, formerly known as Rodrigo, spent six hours on the operating table on February 17.

She says now feels like she can finally be herself after being born into the wrong body.

Jessica, who lives in London, said: “It feels like I have been born again at the age of 37.

“I love my new vagina, it a little swollen but it is very cute.

“I am now able to start my new life as a happy woman.

“In three months, I will be able to use it sexually!

“My new vagina will definitely give me the confidence to date and be intimate with someone.”

The gender affirmation procedure is called Penile-Peritoneal Vaginoplasty.

Dr.Kamol Pansritum M.D.preformed the surgical technique at Kamol Cosmetic Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.

Her abdominal, peritoneal, lining was used to create her vagina.

The modern technique is also used on women who are born without a vaginal canal.

Jessica explains: “I went to this hospital because it is one of the best in the world for transgender people.

“The peritoneal tissue used is very similar to a vagina as it is elastic and self lubricates.

“This modern technique doesn’t demand a lifetime of dilation unlike the other options of penile inversion or using the colon.

“The procedure uses a small amount of penile inversion combined with a peritoneum pull through to make the vaginal canal.”

Jessica’s outer labia and visible vagina has been created using penile tissue.

She praises the surgeon for being “one of the best” and leaving her without a “scar in sight”.

She adds: “I feel very drowsy after my surgery but happy that I am finally a woman.

“I feel great when I look at myself in the mirror.

“My life is going to be so much better as I feel beautiful now.

“I will return to London in six weeks and I can’t wait to go shopping as there were so many outfits I couldn’t wear due to my penis.

“It made me very self-conscious and upset, but now I can finally be myself.”

Jessica started hormones therapy in September 2019 before starting to transition in January 2020.

She was formerly known as the human Ken doll but deep down she was 'unhappy'.

She said: "I didn’t just become transgender, I was born a transgender.

"When I was a kid up to the age of 14, I was always naturally very feminine and had female tastes and tendencies.

"I was born male but my brain has always been female.

"After many years of living a lie, I decided to go ahead with the transition.

"I lost 70 per cent of TV contracts and a lot of social media brand endorsements but it didn't matter.

"I knew my life would improve and I would be much happier if I was to transition."

The Brazilian has spent over £600,000 on surgeries which include facial feminisation surgery, breast enlargement and bottom augmentation.

Her numerous nose jobs have reportedly caused her to lose her sense of smell, and she once temporarily lost the use of both arms after she had gel injected into them to make them look more muscular.

Jessica, formerly known as Rodrigo, revealed on Italian TV the intention to undergo a sex change in order to become a Human Barbie Doll in September 2017.

She began hormone therapy in October 2019.

Jessica has also had her fair share of controversy while residing in London.

She caused an uproar when she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother where she used the N-word in a conversation about sexual preferences in 2018, resulting in over 1,000 complaints to regulator Ofcom.

The influencer enjoys nights out on the town and was snapped arriving at the Parioli Restaurant in Milan in a plunging leopard print dress last October.

She's also been photographed showing off her striking figure while walking around the Italian hotspot with her former boyfriend, plastic surgeon Giacomo Urtis.

Despite the rumours about her love life, Jessica says the pair are just "good friends."
