After 25 years, tonight Madonna returns to Turin for the first Italian leg of his "Rebel Heart Tour." Back in a city where you do not want more show after half a flop of 13 July 1990, but which is the only one in Italy to host this year the pop star. The other two dates are in Turin tomorrow and Sunday at Pala Alpitour. It will be a concert blindatissimo, and this afternoon have already waited long queues at the gates via Philadelphia for the searches to the fans, who will have to meet very strict security measures.
Meanwhile on Tuesday, the day of his arrival in the city, about fifty supporters of the singer expect with the nose and hands icy outside the hotel Principi di Piemonte, pending the views. Fans go crazy for two days for any suspicious movement. Shouting, running and taking pictures just a black van enters or leaves the garage of the Principles, and do the same as soon as someone opens a window.
But she is barricade the eighth floor, in the company of his closest associates, and has never taken down from his suite. He trains in the gym, do you take to your room for lunch and dinner prepared by his private chefs. He also wanted to personalize the decor of the rooms, and he did get his team 10,000 euro, new furniture. "Initially he wanted something in pink or pastel colors, but we hadn't them - says Vincenzo Pavia, the owner of the shop who have turned - then his assistants have opted for a white sofa, a table gold signed Oppenhein, chairs, carpets chair and ivory. "
The only member of the family Ciccone to be out of the hotel is the son of Madonna, Rocco, who loves to skate in the historic center with his friend Dominic, from yesterday with his arm in plaster. The dancers of the pop star, instead, they are enjoying the city: dance into the night in a local and long stroll under the arcades. And if in the Pala Alpitour the work of setting the stage will be completed this morning, the first fan - which in total will be 33,000 - have already snapped up the best seats of the parterre with tents and sleeping bags.
In conjunction with the "Rebel Heart Tour" today we inaugurate two exhibitions dedicated to the "Queen." The first is called Ionic - Portraits & Artwork inspired by The Queen of Pop and is an iconographic journey of 50 works that was written by the fans themselves. Get started today and will end on November 24 at the Palazzo Paesana in Turin. The second opens at 18.30 all '' Ono Contemporary Art "in Bologna, which is hosting the exhibition Madonna, the Rise of a star. It is a group photo of Peter Cunningham, George DuBose and Deborah Feingold, which traces the 'construction' of Louise Veronica Ciccone.

He had promised and he did. Madonna said she wanted to visit Turin in the five-day stay in the city during his his Rebel Art Tour, which stops here tonight, on 21 and 22 at Pala Alpitour. And last night he visited the Egyptian Museum with her children and a small group of collaborators.

Conducted through the wonders of the museum as an Egyptologist of the Museum, the famous artist was fascinated by the millenary artifacts kept in the galleries, the present kit in the tomb of the architect Kha and his wife Merit and in particular from the chapel of Maia, discovered by Schiaparelli the beginning of the '900, and for the first time - in the new production visible in all its glory. The whole group then spoke, asking the guide many questions, in the Gallery of the Kings: the perfection of Ramesses II and the monumentality of the Colossus of Sethi II won the general interest.

"We are honored that within a well

tight schedule tied to his tour Madonna wanted to visit our Museum in 2015 this has started a new life with new spaces and equipment, "says the president of the Museum Evelina Christillin. While the director Christian Greek from the US where he is a lecture series adds: "The presence of a pop star like Madonna underlines once more how rightly world famous collection of Turin"

A fan posted this on FB and said that it was from an Italian newspaper:

"Breaking News Madonna show on alert

Italian police had access to 33,000 tickets sold in Italy through TicketOne company, which sells tickets, and found that 1200 tickets were bought in Afghanistan, Tonga, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. The information left on alert local police promises a security scheme never seen before in an international show in the country, mainly to welcome fans from France and Belgium."

Since when Tonga has been such a threat?

I don't think it's any cause for concern. Apparently there will be three separate security checkpoints that you have to pass before you can enter the venue so security is going to be tight as expected.

as i posted before, the article exactly says that 1,200 tickets where sold outside tickeone channel (i guess various resellers). of these 1,200 a certain unspecified number has been bought from countries like afghanistan and the others cited, and those will have particular attention from the police....aside from that all the attendees will be scrupulously checked at the three levels of checkpoint before the arena
