"Madonna trains for two hours a day, six days a week with inexhaustible energy: she's special, tireless and she always wants to outdo herself. Her workout comprises yoga, which she adores, pilates, functional training, cardio, toning and dance
For the cardio lesson we are using dance moves from her latest tour Rebel Heart, including some Flamenco steps. The HC Fitness workouts also feature dance steps that have always been part of her repertoire. The hip thrusts of Lucky Star, some moves from the S&S and MDNA Tours, down to her Bitch I'm Madonna strut for her latest video.
Her favourite style?
She loves twirling her hips and in general big movements that start from the floor and land or occupy a lot of space from right to left. Music is fundamental to her as it enlightens her energies and then it's sweat time: she sets very high standards for herself. Being Madonna is a tough job."
