    People retire from work...

But Artists never stop making Art, it's a compulsion.

I don´t think they consider creating art a work, they need it! (I mean, the artists) I can see her retiring from doing whatever she doesn´t like from her job, but nerver from creating art, and she is still doing it!

Despacito doesn't have two minutes of Spanish, though, it is English and Spanish mixed.  It is hard to understand what Maluma is saying even if you speak Spanish

actually, is easy to understand maluma, which is usually what makes him have troubles!😂

anyway, she has said it: small places and big ones too!

I love how she doesn´t remember if her songs were hits...I don´t believe her!

She got as a present that Material Girl line and let it die tbqh. She has no profession and she's 23.

but maybe that line was too much for such a young person. And is still 23, she should learn form her mistakes...and I don´t know, maybe she is happy being an anonimous something!!! I would be studying a lñot of stupid things at the university if my mother would have been rich!

I have no words. Just absolutely stunning. That wistful look in the bathtub, aside from the beautiful framing, clothes and styling just conveys so much.

I'm surprised at how open she was about her children. She's pretty thoughtful about the reasons why they may not have her drive. It reminds me of the often repeated analysis, which i think is mostly true, that children of immigrants to western countries often have a lot more drive to succeed at school/work because of where they've come from and their limited means. It's hard to have a lot of drive when you're comfortable and maybe don't have a deep passion or interested in something yet.

I'm loving this era so much. Madonna is giving us so much of herself.

or madonna  being compared/mentioned always with her...I mean, it has to be really difficult to create her own road.

  5. it´s an ok song. I guess, as it always happen with her, a grower. But i love her voice, and I´m not happy that they had touched it again as with medellin...I always have great expectations with her last songs, even more than with the lead singles(n her last albums at least). This is the weakest of all the last ones (easy ride...). anyways, I think it´s a great idea people can hear this other side of her, and not always the catchy popstar!

I'm uploading a (rough) split screen comparison of the broadcasted performance vs what the audience saw. Two different performances. I guess they didn't want to risk it. With Madonna being the pro she is it's not too noticeable but with Maluma it's easier to see as in some parts he holds the mic with a different hand, he holds the bottle while speaking to the audience in the audience version but doesn't in the broadcast and so on. And the people surrounding the b stage is a different group altogether.

Okay here is a total freaky-ish post though but since M is talking about butterflies in her last post...has anyone else gotten super nervous before the RH era performances? Lol I don't know why, but I was a nervous wreck in the hours leading up to the Grammys and Brits performances :sneaky: I have no idea why -  there were some previous events where I felt similarly (Live Earth, Super Bowl), but during the RH era it was on a whole other level. Hope I'll be more calm this time around

Here! I have always got nervous before her performances, but I was crazy nervous before the brits.I´m always hoping that nothing bad will happen to her.

by the way, I like the rehersal´s pictures, they are an advertisement for the award show, I think it´s a good idea.
