Half baked cake.
It's half done there is no polishing off and it's not in mixing mode as we once thought.
I think they'll be further recording session is the next few months.....then a promo campaign will start after new year!
Can't wait 2015 will be her year!

The only thing I hope and pray for is that Madonna and her team really listen closely and choose the lead single wisely!
GMAYL was a terrible choice and doesn't reflect the album well at all, this lead needs to be 100times better, I hope they choose the opposit of GMAYL, somethin against the grain and different....not commercial fodder!
I don't know what to believe but the last 48hours have satisfied a whole year of zero!
One things for sure, I think it's a dead cert the album will be out early 2015.
But I hope the hype continues minus leaks this fall and overspills into mainstream media, Madonna needs the hype again and to get people thirsty for new music.

I doubt Interscope was happy wou the fact Madonna did no promo following the Bowl but there was nothing they could do....
Part of the new freedo Madonna had with LiveNation is that she has more control over her music career and how it's handled BUT that can work against her, Warners did hve there strengths in marketing Madonna and her music.
I do think it was everyone's intention when they started recording in Febuary that the album was to be released this fall, but it's obviously just not ready....
I would rather wait another 6months for a proper crafted release and quality IF she is choosing songs and "improving" them, with MDNA it seemed none of that mattered, an album had I be delivared....this time round there's an added "luxury" of time, she won't tour until next year anyways so there doesn't "need" to be an album until next year....
Thing is though I fear major leaks now there's an album in amost finished mode....

Although a link to Siri and the iPhone6 would be incredible promotion, I'm keeping an open mind nothing "that" obvious has been confirmed.
The Motorola Add were everywhere when Hung Up/Confessions came out in 2005, but that entire launch was "promo perfection" but much if it was confirmed by now back then....
Which leaves me thinking maybe all the "leaks" from the last few days is Madonnas camp trying to hype things up after a quite summer OR just people gettin thirsty for info!
I was hoping for Messiah as the lead, and perhaps Unapologetic as the second single to come out alongside the album!
I hope she follows MDNA and we get 2 singles/videos ahead of the album!

I'm sure some big wigs at Live Nation will get to hear the singles/album first too just like the ones at Interscope. They have a lot of money invested in her success.
The question that should be on everyone's mind now is when will the single drop? I would imagine within the next week/weeks and definitely in September if people are truly hearing it. That is of course all based around the assumption that the poster is telling the truth about this supposed LN friend.
Well IF the albums out in November, then the single should be dropping to radio in 8-10 weeks, so it really will be all systems go this month....the video preparations should be in full flow behind the scenes m.

I do think LiveNation will be "hoping" for a hit but it's not necessary for them....it's Interscope who will want to listen and "approve".

The single has to be close to a release if she's letting people at Live Nation hear it.
Could drop very soon, which makes me wonder if she's already filmed a video for it or not.
How do we know she's let LiveNation hear it?

I'm loving all these rumours of song titles they sound epic!
And reggae influence? YES that would be incredible with Madonnas voice and dance beats, and finally a REAL reinvention of her sound once more!
As at as release dates go....September WILL reveal...
If she doesn't start any "creative" process for te album this month (music video, artwork) and if there's no official announcement this month.....then it's too late, it will be 2015!
What Madonna gets upto over the next 4weeks will tell of we get the full album this year!

At this point I doubt a 2014 release date, but I hope i'm wrong. I'm afraid if she releases the album in 2015, the promo schedule will go down the same way as MDNA and the whole era will not last more than 8-9 months.
She hasn't had an era lasting 8-9months since Music 15years ago!
I think there will be a bigger push on promo this time round and I also think Madonna and her team wanted the album out this year.....but it's just not ready and the "creative" parts need to be prepared and completed.
I think there will be a massive unveiling of everything early next year....but I'm still hoping for a single premier this November!

It's not plausible AT ALL. ROL came out in March. It was released two weeks earlier in Japan only for reasons specific to that country. There's no way this album will be released in the first quarter of 2015. It's either coming out this year or next spring. If there's not enough time to release it this year, she WILL sit on it for three months. Trust.
We shall see but I personally think March/April is too late....I think we will have a tour announent and tickets on sale by then!
Who knows.....we will wait and see....but I think it's becoming increasingly likly we get an era similar to MDNA (minus the Bowl) were the album and tour will be simountainously released alongside each other.

I don't get it....with the fast pace of changing trends "what's hot", "who's popular",
how & why would M record songs and album plans starting in Jan/Feb this year,
but not release til like spring next year....the musical output would be people saying
"oh that was so last year" or tired and played out!
It all depends on how it sounds!
Like a prayer was recorded in weeks and sounded quality.....Ray of light took an entire year just like this album has.

If we don't get the album by Nov or Dec, then it's not coming until Mar or Apr 2015, which means the earliest a single would be released is Feb. I definitely don't think she would release a full album in Jan or Feb as that is the worst time of year for an album release.
Ray of Light came out on Febuary 22nd and is one of her most sucsesful albums ever.
If the album is literally in it's "finishing" stages but "just" misses this fall due to the time needed to prepare.....
Then of it's all ready to go I can't see Madonna sitting on it for 3months until march.
It will come out Febuary that's VERY plausible.
Let's face it.....by March, we will have tour dates!!

I'm not worried, an extra 3months to polish it off to make it perfect sounds great to me!
I just hope she puts out the first single before Christmas and starts talking about it....setting it up ahead of its release next year!

Complete agree!!I actually believe shes the opposite of bored , she wants to give us the best music she can , and there is no problem if that takes 3/4 months more
How many times has she actually been in studio anyways?
4? And wasn't 1 of the "known" sessions just for writing?
I'm super excited, but it won't shock me if there's pictures of her going into a studio next week.

Madonna fans are really some of the worst people on Earth. I wouldn't invite any of them to my house.
I just think some fans will be disappointed IF the album doesn't come out this fall, that's all.
But this year has NEVER been officially confirmed by anyone on Madonnas team, it's just been assumed as she's been working on it all year.
But she's defiently not bored this time round, she's spent all 2014 putting together album13.

She just became very bored with music and indifferent! :-) I know albums are not important to her (nobody buys albums nowadays anyway), but what is she going to perform on her more and more expensive tours? I don't really want any collaborations, no rappers, nobody but pure Madonna - I know it won't happen....
I agree she has been bored with music but that's changed this year!
She has Completly dedicated herself again to her new record.....the writing sessions, the creative team she's put into it....the lyrics she has been posting, the choir, the link to artforfreedom JUST because it's looking increasingly like we owt get the album until next year, let's not lose sight of how strong this album is likly to be.....
As far as the collaboration for the lead single goes, GMAYL was literally recorded 3months prior to MDNAs release so it COULD still happen...I hope she's brave enough not to just do another duet for the sake of gaining a few extra spins on American radio.....
Time will tell! But I'm mega excited she's spent all year piecing this record together so bring it on!

Im thinking of a spring release which i based on HC timeline but M might pull a JT with 20/20 Experience? Correctt me if im wrong guys, i remember JT only made an announcement a few weeks before the release of the album. And after that non stop promo leading to the album's launch.
Completly agree I see a spring release BUT I think there will be 2 singles dropped with the full Promo treatment!
And I think that promo could start much earlier than her last album....and the albums first promo could start before Christmas with the unveiling of a single/video.
It would give the new album the best set-up and kick start an "era" as opposed to MDNA which was rushed along to tour.

It's September on Monday and we have zero concrete information.
The album/tour will launch next year, I'd imagine quite a lot will be happening all at once.....but I still think Madonna will drop a first single before Christmas and start promoting the album early ahead of it's release in spring 2015.

I wouldn't say "anything" points towards that.
From what's been spoken about I'd say the album isn't a finished product....and a release early next year is more likely but with the first single released this November.
September is a very important month....if she uses it for "creation" (music video, artwork) we will know it's dropping this year, anything after that I doubt if will make it out this year.
That said I'm quite pleased IF she does end up going back into the studio to further record music or touch-it up, I smell real quality on it's way!

Finally some info!
Things have been really slow which I really like actually this time!
Everything is so tight lipped especially if the album IS dropping this year!
The demos sound exciting, it sounds like aswell as her nods to artforfreedom, they'll be plenty of attitude from gne queen this time aswell!
I smell some "human natures" on the way!

Everyone's saying that the phase Madonna used about "half baked" being just that, a phase....
Well I hope it's true!
The album now will defiently not be dropping until Febuary at the earliest next year....that meens if there IS an album "almost done" instead of "half baked" then it will leak everywhere!
Personally I think the album IS only half done for whatever reason.....I think Madonna will go back in the studio this fall and finish it.
