nothing on the 24th or 31st?  I doubt the singles will stop coming for two full weeks....;/

I'd imagine the next 2 weeks will be dedicated to pushing Crave.

That video is just as lush as the song I hope it enjoys promo spots.

It's unusual she is very quite right now but I'd imagine there's lots of TV spots being planned behind the scenes.

It was a live chat before the Crave video premiere. She answered like 4-5 questions about her favorite song from the album, why the eyepatch, the inspiration to write La Isla Bonita, and more questions that I can't remember.

Can you answer everything as much as you remember and post it gorgeous boy please.

  3. Wow.

Incredible video. So beautiful in its simplicity. Madonna looks beyond gorgeous and so does Swae to be fair. I love the pigeons and the pigeon homeing messages a simple yet powerful message. The subtle intensity between M and S leads up to them finally meeting on the roof and it really impacts.

This video and song really rocks. It's infectious. 10/10 moment for Madonna.

"Human Nature" has this gritty West Coast Hip-Hop sound that is just sooooooo cool. It's the closing track of my Second Coming Collection (I use the video version).

It's everything. It's ironic, tongue in cheek, infectious, clever and I ther perfect response to the backlash of the SEX era.

And the music video is one of her best. That routine looks so impressive on screen.

Yep so this will give us not only a taste but should hold us over until September. But I can totally see her breaking the mold and only doing 3 songs and then leaving.

    Really ?

Hmm I dunno it's taken decades to actual get here anywhere near Pride so I'd imagine both M be the Pride organisers are well aware that bagging Madonna for Pride is a huge deal that demands more than 15 minutes on stage.

  6. A journalist once asked Bette Davis on her 70th birthday Did you ever set your sights on being a beautiful movie star?

She replied No dear, I set my sight on being a memorable one.

We are all untied in our shared love for M and indeed the new Madame X.

The listening parties sound supreamly good and she is about to drop by the looks and sounds of it her most creative and adventourous effort in a very long time so they'll be something for everyone she's a master of taste and flavours.

But let's not lose the light in here between one another. This forum is a Godsend for us not a war zone it's good healthy debate and conversation. #peaceman

This is amazing. Thank you all for sharing all these review teases. Sounds so promising! I knew she would deliver the goods, and this project would be another creative peak in her discography. This will be a killer album!

Can't wait to read the full reviews and listen to album in June, 14th.

I had mentioned this before in previous discussions, but I believe the chosen singles/buzz singles were primarily chosen by Interscope/Maverick to reach different segments of the market, but I think fans would prefer much more to get the 100% Madonna songs first. It's a marketing strategy, and I get it, but at this stage in M's career, it doesn't really have much impact.

I'm so excited for all that's still to come. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

That's what I think as well.

The singles were choosnto reach as much of the public as possible and tap into a range of demographics.

The only thing I take note on is the Eurovision. I'd of taken a better song but apart from that I understand why Medellin and Crave have got centre stage this side of June 14th.

But come on now give us that glorious disco dance banger Madge to make those critics dance 😁

Because Medellin and Crave happen to be sounding single-worthy out of the four so far... and judging by the Dark Ballet preview at Eurovision, that's another definite album track... The reason why I made the conclusion they don't care about charts anymore is they have utter disregard for Billboard's chart cutoffs , no radio deals even for the first single (we know she'll get played if there's a radio deal), even the pre-order stuff for her album, which they did for RH too (most MADONNA fans would immediately pre-order the album not realizing that purchase will not count for the songs to chart, they haven't learned from that from RH)... those are just some of my observations why i say they don't care about charts anymore...

You make great points here. When Madonna was asked about the charts though in an interview at the GLAD awards she did answer it still mattered to her. Of course it does she has always been A-list and putting the age argument and the record company change argument to one side, this stratedgy is already far stronger than her recent campaigns as there's been alot of her about that was my biggest issue with RH, who knew except the fans...

..I disagree about Medellin & Crave. I think they have been picked first due to the fetaures rather than being the best and most single worthy cuts from the album. I think there's some proof of this in the fact she has had a music video ready since February but not released it yet and that song is just Madonna no features....obviously focusing on the features first is to drive (hopefully) more of the general public to these songs/videos after all Swae Lee is one of the biggest streaming artists around.

I was hoping for some sort of radio deal to push Crave but it looks like it's not happening so we shall see I am hopeful it's a crazy infectious song. But there's simply zero excuse for dropping a video/song on a Wednesday and not a Friday.....I haven't read a theory that supports this yet.

It's odd because it feels like her team are half way there with the campaign commercially but still remain 2 steps back.

but we've already had that LAP arrangement at the MET Gala... that's why i'm surprised some fans here are criticizing the arrangement...

True but in a small venue like MET and for a one off special nobody would see apart from a select few and hardcore fans it worked.

In front of 200 million on a massive stage it didn't.
