Can you imagine Britney, Janet, Kylie, Pink,  or Katy doing anything like Dark Ballet?  No.  There is a reason that many fans of Kate Bush and Bjork and PJ Harvey love Madonna. Madonna is an artist of the highest order.

    This.

M continues to be a cut above the pop tarts.

This is some classic Madonna/Mirwais shit right here!!

I'm blown away by this one. What an absolute mindfuck of a song. This will most definitely not be everyone's cup of tea.....but I think most M fans that like stuff like Mer Girl, Paradise, AL album etc will like this one. Not single material in the slightest so props to her for having the balls to release this (the way it's looking now anyways) as a single.

This is about a million miles away from Bitch I'm Madonna (which I do love too)! I'm simply in awe of her continued ability to change up her sound to the point where it's like listening to a different artist altogether. If it wasn't evident already, this should drive the point home that Madame X isn't necessarily all about that "perfect single". She's going for a vibe here. For years some of her fans have wanted her to release something along the lines of this. Sorry, but even if there is a perfect "disco banger" on the album, quite frankly, I don't think she's that concerned with it. It's not about that this time.

I'm not a big fan of the song but +1 to this.

I can appreciate its originallity but I don't like the song at all, Tchaikovsky's danse des mirlitons just seems random and almost irritating and her huffing and puffing.. Cringy for me... Sorry. Really hope this is not the 3rd single.

    I agree.

The fire breathing at the end is cringe.

'The music video looks EPIC this will be the big talking point when she does her rounds next week to promote.....

While we are waiting for the Dark Ballet to be released in each of our countries, please don't forget to vote for CRAVE to be played on radio station NOW@New1027 , the big Hottt AC station in New York City. This is our chance to push the song on Hot AC radio and radio charts. Please VOTE for it below. WE have 6 hrs left to vote.

It feels like Crave has died a death now before it even got off the ground.

I think all her interviews for the up and coming promo will talk about the Dark Ballet music video it looks very political and that ties in with the Eurovision performance.

Forget about a more commercial sounding single.

I think the album will offer more straight up pop/dance tunes....and I do think the drag queen video will be one of these moments.

I think Dark Ballet is a one off an example of her and Mirwais most experimental work.

So it is the official 3rd single? Cant see radios playing this song

I don't think it's offcially a single even if it does have a video.....it looks like M isn't in the video.

I think the next offcial single will be the video with the queens which will be released in conjunction with Pride later this month.

As for the song....hmmmm its bizarre.

Well, I prefer it if she never had a guest but that seems to be her thing nowadays. Wouldn't be surprised if there was one. For me, if it ain't a duet with Grace Jones, don't bother with a duet.

True she does seem to do everything with a feature nowerdays but I seriously think she doesn't need it for Pride.

Its her gig she's enough she's more than enough for her adoring gay fans. Plus these features haven't doesn't half the things she has to bring attention to the LGBT community.

    Just some of my thoughts.

  8. Does M really need any guests for Pride.

This is truly an event that requires and demands the Queen only after all these years she is finally gonna be there performing and at the very special 50th anniversary of Stonewall.

This lady has dedicated so much of her legacy, life and career to the gay community globally I'd rather just see a complete M set without a quarter of it taken up with a guest.

These review scores are good even if they trot out the same tired lines we have heard ad nauseum since 1984.

Looks like we are going to get two amazing dance track bangers after all with God Control and I Don’t Search I Find! Ballads look to be Extreme Occident and Looking For Mercy (this was finally mentioned in that track by track write up from one of the publications).

Dark Ballet and Batuka sound like they will resemble nothing else in her catalogue!

Interesting that Crazy has been described in reviews like four different ways from trip hop to trap to soul ballad to upbeat.

No clue what to expect for a style from Killers Who Are Partying since the reviews just focus on the lyrics.

    VERY intrigued by Come Alive.

2 amazing dance floor fillers is what the world is waiting for....hope at least one of these tracks gets the full single treatment.
