  1. Wherever she's at and whatever she's doing, I hope she's enjoying her self. While it's awesome to have pics of her pop up almost on a daily or weekly basis, I am able to give her... her space and privacy without demanding to know where she is.

Wow that's very generous of u.. :fag:

    BEST. STRUT.

The Whole Live Earth Thing was just :wow:... There's a lot 2 b said 4 Madonna as a stadium performer..

She's kind of unusual that way..given the commercial pop songs she makes..I think we forget that sometimes..

  3. You know, I'm not too sure. My long-term memory has been destroyed by the delights of alcohol.

I remember there was the "There's Only One Madonna" special around that time on BBC ONE. That was the one where they followed four fans as they travelled to Barcelona for the opening night of DWT. Little did three of them know they would have to be sharing a hotel room with the delightful Michelle Budd. I would have complained to the Beeb about cruelty if I was one of them. But that might have well been narrated by Kathy Burke.

The one I'm talking about featured chronological clips and snippets, year by year, in order, interspersed with Madonna's only UK interview at the time, after she initially turned down Parkinson. That definitely had a male voiceover.

    'Get into the Groove..No..much higher.'

  4. FUCK YES!!

Anyone remember when DWT aired on Channel Four as well, it was part of their "Madonna night" if I recall (or was that a separate event?). Back when she was at the top of her game post-Music. Television schedulers who BALK at that now.

Is that when they had the Kathy Burke narrated special?

  5. Oh yes, I agree!!Acko..PLEEEEASE!!!

I loved the look and the set in Japan..but the whole thing was... :demonic:

That's why I love it so much...I don't really rate the song so..& I'm not being Ironic at all :fag:

If there's one thing I love about the Confessions era it's how she nailed the aesthetic of it..

Like the dress from Star Ac..my fave tv performance from the era...

Rafa would have been proud :fag:

  6. Come on Cosmic, back me up with the EMA love :inlove:

That SMAP "performance" was ridiculous. I can't believe acko even claims to like it as a guilty cheesy Euro type pleasure (even though we all know all continental Europeans love a bit of Eurotrash, usually not on an ironic level but they pretend that it's only ironic :bad: )

  7. EMA "Hung Up" was fucking spectacular. Out of this world. A magical Madonna moment and yet another one where she proved everyone wrong and gave them the big two fingers - she was back after they had written her off.

And that performance you put up, mr. acko, has to be the worst live "Hung Up" she ever did. :rotfl:

Oooh I love that performance..It reminds me of those cheesy euro disco shows where people

would come & lip sync their little song & have a set built just 4 their performance..Star Academy & Wetten DaB

r in the same vein..But the fact that it's in JPN with a muted audience makes it even beter... :dramatic:

Love the whole SMAP thing..Especially the part where she's confident enough 2 grace the interviewer with her camel toe :chuckle:

Plus she looks hot in red..EMA looked good 'till she took the jacket off.
