IGTTYAS was not released as a DVD in the USA.
oh that must be the UK...
-
just one flashback question:
For IGTTYAS, Can someone post the sales of the CD/DVD one that charted in Top 200 albums and the one that charted in the DVD chart?
-
Does anyone here think there are MADONNA fans insane enough not to buy this concert DVD which has been post-produced very well, plus the fact that you will see the CROSS in full clarity?
-
I think this definitely sell more than IGTTYAS... this is a concert DVD, compared to the documentary, I am sure there'll be more MADONNA fans who will buy this...
-
What is MADONNA's yearly catalog sales for her albums? Around 250K?
-
SUCH GLORIOUS NEWS!
-
-
Thanks for clearing that up. I knew 2007 was her 25th year in the biz officially.
oh... so JANET and MADONNA are Hall of Fame batchmates?
-
Hips Don't Lie officially pushes Hung up to 4th place...
and it even has momentum to surpass Cher
sigh
-
It should be considered an achievement since Madonna didn't re-release her album with a new hit to get more sales in the 4th quarter. By this chart's standards (and in that regard), Madonna had a bigger comeback than Mimi.
uhm how much did Charmbracelet sold worldwide again?
-
-
oh, fuck it... she's not in the TOP 40... it will take a miracle to send her back there again, it's the busy release quarter, numerous new albums will keep her down... arghhh
-
RUSSIAN EDITION?!?!?!
-
only 235k copies to get pass "that" album
-
before some people here start to freak out, note that this is just for North America!
Tim McGraw, Faith Hill tour biggest so far of 2006
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill may be the biggest tour of 2006 but they should also have the BEST-SELLING for 2006 where they should at least focus on the average... UGH!!!
-
Not 300k.
When soundscan reaches 1.3-1.4M, shipment would be 1.5M.
pardon me, there's Soundscan in UK?

5x Platinum in UK sooner than later... ?
it's barely reached 1.2M in hard sales in UK... it has to ship 1.5M to be eligible for 5x platinum... that's 300k copies far...
-
Now that is sad mariah album beeen out way longer than madonna and has had a re-release and madonna is that close and im sure it is safe to say that madonna coad has outsold mimi album since media traffic dont cover all countries
you must take note that TEOM had more than 1.5M additional sales from the re-release in the US alone... the one with the additional 4 tracks... that's why it sold more worldwide
-
Japan sales may definitely grow especially the days to her arrival there and the re-release... it just has to pass the 7.735 mark
-
There is a re-entry at HitList World Chart at #38 with 38,700 copies sold.
Its 29th week in the Top 50 and an accumulated sales of 8,082,900 copies.
kisses

SHAKIRA breaks the record!
16th straight week at numero 1.
ugh, stupid gnarls barkley song suddenly losing points too...
Justin will definitely blow HDL off #1 next week... too late
-
week 35/2006
Tracks with most weeks at #1
1.Hung Up - Madonna 15 weeks
1.Believe - Cher 15 weeks
1.Hips Don't Lie - Shakira feat. Wyclef Jean 15 weeks
4.Music - Madonna 12 weeks
4.Whenever Wherever - Shakira 12 weeks
Tracks
#16 (-2) Get Together (total 1.046.000 points)
UGH... 11,000 copies, Gnarls was so close... anyways, no more #1 for Shakira next week, it's falling faster than Gnarls, it's going to be tight... if only SORRY wasn't climbing so fast, Hung Up should've been at #1 for 16 weeks...
-
suddenly, the task to beat Cher's record become hard...
most venues left are large arenas with low ticket averages...
