Seriously HOW can you get arrested for that? What is the official justification?

Well if they want you dead, they will have 101 ways to justify their action and paint a very bad picture of you and tell the whole world you deserve it.

As for democracy, it only applicable to people who obey them.

  3. Four killed in hourslong Memphis shooting rampage before suspect arrested, police say
    UPDATED ON: SEPTEMBER 8, 2022 / 10:05 AM / CBS/AP

Memphis, Tenn. — A gunman who livestreamed himself driving around Memphis shooting at people, killing four and wounding three others in seemingly random attacks, was finally arrested after crashing a stolen car, police said early Thursday.

The hours-long rampage had police warning people across the city to shelter in place, locking down a baseball stadium and university campuses and suspending public bus services as frightened residents wondered where the man might strike next.

Memphis Police Director Cerelyn "CJ" Davis said four people were killed and three others were wounded in seven shootings and at least two carjackings before Ezekiel Kelly was arrested without incident at around 9 p.m.

CBS Memphis affiliate WREG-TV reports that the suspect got into a standoff, refusing to get out of the vehicle, which police surrounded. The SWAT Team was called in to assist. Memphis police say the suspect was taken into custody with the help of Shelby County Sheriff's deputies.

Kelly, 19, was released early from a prison sentence for aggravated assault, court records show, raising a sore point between the city's mayor and the county's top prosecutor that played out before the cameras at an early Thursday news conference.

"This is no way for us to live and it is not acceptable," said Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland, who later pounded the podium as he demanded accountability. "If Mr. Kelly served his full three-year sentence, he would still be in prison today and four of our fellow citizens would still be alive," he said.

The first killing was at 12:56 a.m. Wednesday, and officers responded to three more crime scenes before receiving a tip at 6:12 p.m. that the suspect was livestreaming himself threatening to cause harm to citizens, Davis said.

In one clip from the video, the suspect casually speaks to the camera before opening the door to an AutoZone store and shooting someone inside with what appeared to be a pistol. That man was taken to a hospital in critical condition. In another, a man narrates himself driving - "green light, green light" - and sings "no faking." At one point, he fires two rapid bursts of gunfire out the driver's window while driving. Referring to police, he says he's going to "go down to the valley, shoot it out with them in the valley."

The video was later removed from the platform, WREG reported.

Three more shootings and two carjackings followed after police sent out an alert warning people to be on the lookout for an armed and dangerous man responsible for multiple shootings and reportedly recording his actions on Facebook.

Police said he killed a woman in Memphis as he took her grey Toyota SUV, which he left behind when he stole a man's Dodge Challenger across the state line in Southaven, Mississippi.

Kelly was arrested without incident two hours after the initial police alert when he crashed the Challenger during a high speed chase, and two guns were found in the vehicle, Davis said.

The Brazilian bombshell, 39, exclusively spoke to MailOnline about her quest to find love, sharing her heartache that men only want to have a sexual experience with her and are 'put off' when she mentions her desire to start a family.

As well as featuring in a stunning new photoshoot, Jessica also claimed that people are scared and 'intimidated' by her new look, insisting that people will realise she's a 'kind soul' once they get to know her.

She explained: 'I think that I tend to intimidate people due to my looks. But once they get to know me they see that I am a nice, kind soul.

'I get a lot of attention from men when I am out in public, on my Instagram and on my OnlyFans, but I am still a single woman.'

And while she feels that she's 'completed' her transformation into the woman she's always wanted to be, Jessica once again shared her yearning for the two things missing in her life - a husband and children.

'It has been hard to find the Prince Charming who will eventually marry me and build a family with me. Most men that I have met are just after fun and when I talk about having kids etc they get put off.'

Earlier this month, the TV personality was pictured with a love interest in Rome, while she previously enjoyed a whirlwind fling in Thailand with another love interest, Jamie Budgen. But at present, she remains single.

Jessica added of her life: 'I'm at the age of 39 and have completed my transition now - I am a fully female. Even my birth certificate has been updated matching my name Jessica and my gender female allowing me to get married in the Christian Catholic church - and that is my dream to have a princess wedding.

  5. Boy 15 Gets USB Cable Stuck Inside Penis :sneaky:
The teenager, from the UK, was using the cord in an attempt to measure his penis as a form of “sexual experimentation”.

    September 5, 2022 - 10:30PM

A teenage boy needed surgery after getting a USB cable stuck inside his penis.

The teenager, from the UK, was using the cord in an attempt to measure his penis as a form of “sexual experimentation” when it became trapped, according to a medical case report.

The cable became knotted and blood was spotted in the boy’s urine, leading his mother to take him to hospital.

Once his mother left the room, he told doctors what had happened, a Science Direct report says.

    _2022090522084132672.jpg

“The two distal ports of the USB wire were found to be protruding from the external urethral meatus whilst the middle part of the knotted wire remained within the urethra,” doctors wrote.

“The patient was an otherwise fit and healthy adolescent with no history of mental health disorders.”

Medics were unable to remove the wire with a metal rod, so had to perform surgery to get it out his body.

Surgeons made an incision between his genitals and his anus to gain access to the cable, and successfully removed it.

“A longitudinal peno-scrotal incision over the palpable foreign body was made and careful dissection was undertaken through deeper tissues, splitting the bulbospongiosus muscle,” the report states.

“Both ends of the wire were pulled out successfully through the external urethral meatus.”

The boy wore a catheter for two weeks and has since had it removed. He has recovered well.

Doctors warned against inserting objects into penises but said such cases were not as unusual as people might think.

“Sexual experimentation and gratification, as well as underlying mental disorders, are considered the main causes of retained foreign bodies in the urethra and bladder,” they wrote.

“Depending on the mechanism of insertion, and the size and shape of the object, they can cause delayed complications, mainly recurrent urinary tract infections, urethral strictures or false passages and bladder perforation, which may require major reconstructive procedures to restore the anatomy.”

  6. Emotionless Liz Truss says she would unleash nuclear annihilation if necessary

The Tory frontrunner told a hustings event in Birmingham that ordering the use of nuclear weapons is an "important part of being Prime Minister"

By Dave BurkeSenior News Reporter | 22:23, 23 Aug 2022

Tory leadership frontrunner Liz Truss said she would be willing to unleash nuclear war if she becomes Prime Minister.

The Foreign Secretary - who looks increasingly likely to succeed Boris Johnson in the top office - tonight said she was "ready" to hit the nuclear button if needed - even though it would mean "global annihilation".

She made the remark at a hustings event in Birmingham, when she was quizzed by host John Pienaar about the daunting decision she could face.

Mr Pienaar said he would feel "physically sick" at the prospect, but Ms Truss appeared emotionless as she said she would order the launch of nuclear weapons.

Addressing a hustings event comprising of Tory party faithful at the NEC in Birmingham, Ms Truss said the ominous choice is "an important duty of the Prime Minister".

  7. Outrage as Australians discover former prime minister secretly gave himself five additional ministries
Amy Remeikis in Canberra | Tue 16 Aug 2022 05.34 BST

Incumbent prime minister says he ‘cannot conceive of the mindset’ that enabled Scott Morrison to appoint himself to additional positions while PM

Australia news live updates: former PM Scott Morrison says he didn’t reveal secret portfolio appointments over concerns they would be ‘misinterpreted’

    8256.jpg?width=700&quality=85&auto=forma

Scott Morrison secretly appointed himself to five additional ministries while Australia’s prime minister, in what his successor has labelled an “unprecedented trashing of the Westminster system”.

The prime minister, Anthony Albanese, said on Tuesday he was waiting on legal advice over any possible ramifications of the secret appointments and was “open to reforms and suggestions” so the situation did not reoccur.

Morrison now faces calls to resign from parliament over the revelations, including from one of his former ministers. Karen Andrews, a former minister for home affairs, which is one of the departments to which Morrison appointed himself, said: “This is totally unacceptable, for a prime minister to behave in this manner undermines everything that a federal government constitutionally should stand for.”

Morrison remains a backbencher in the Liberal party, now led by his former defence minister Peter Dutton. Dutton defended Morrison’s actions and accused Albanese of attempting to make “political capital” over the situation. Dutton said he had been unaware of the appointments, but would wait on the legal advice before commenting any further.

In a statement on Tuesday, Morrison apologised to his former ministerial colleagues “for any offence” and described the arrangements “as a ‘break glass in case of emergency’ safeguard” during the coronavirus pandemic.

Between March 2020 and May 2021, Morrison appointed himself to the health, finance, industry, science, energy and resources, home affairs and treasury portfolios without the public’s knowledge, and in some cases, without alerting the existing minister.

There was no official announcement or record of Morrison’s swearing in for any of the five portfolios. His self-appointment gave him decision-making powers for those crucial areas if he decided he needed them. That made him the final arbiter, although few within his cabinet knew he held those powers.

The governor general, David Hurley, swore Morrison in as minister to the portfolios based on Morrison’s own advice.

    1000.jpg

Australian ministers are usually publicly sworn in by the governor general with cameras present, and their appointments announced to the parliament where it is officially recorded.

The appointments became public knowledge after two News Corp journalists, promoting their book on the Morrison government’s pandemic response, revealed the then-prime minister had sworn himself in as health minister, and as finance minister at the beginning of Australia’s first wave of Covid.

Just over a year later, Morrison used the same constitutional article to have himself sworn in as resources minister, overriding a decision made by the existing resources minister, who had been hitherto unaware he was sharing the portfolio with the prime minister.

In May 2021, Morrison added the last two portfolios to his list without the knowledge of either existing minister. The then treasurer, Josh Frydenberg, had been one of his closest confidants but said he had not known Morrison had also taken on treasury.

The revelations have thrown the Australian government, and public, into a spin, with no one able to explain why the appointments were necessary or why the Australian public had been kept in the dark.

“I cannot conceive of the mindset that has created this,” Albanese said.

“I cannot conceive of the way that the government has functioned in a way where they said that ‘I’m the prime minister of Australia and I’d also like to be in charge of health, finance, treasury, industry, science, home affairs, resources.’ I cannot conceive of how that occurs. And I cannot conceive of how a cabinet allows that to happen.”

Before the news of the five portfolios was made public, Morrison had said he did not recall appointing himself to more than three additional positions, but said the moves were necessary to “safeguard” the portfolios.

  8. Malaysian Ustaz says women's breast milk is the property of their husbands
A man is the master of his wife's milk, it seems.

Matters of the bedroom should more often than not stay in the bedroom, but there are times where some kinks and fetishes may prove a little divisive within communities – sometimes to the point where they need to be addressed publicly.

In Malaysia, one Islamic leader has made a declaration that husbands who wish to consume their wives' breast milk have the right to do so under the laws and customs of the religion.

The leader – a celebrity Ustaz named Azhar Idrus – said that husbands were "masters" of their wives' breast milk, and therefore had absolute permission to do with the milk as they wished, including drinking it.

    azhar-idrus_xv4h.jpg

Additionally, he said that if a wife wanted to breastfeed a baby belonging to someone else, she would have to receive the approval of her husband before doing so, as "the milk belongs to the husband, while the wife is only the owner of the vessel (breast) containing the milk".

He then led on to the subject of virgins, saying that unmarried women could not have breast milk as they did not have "masters", while virgins would need to get married first and have a "master" before being able to have breast milk.

"If the master wants to drink her breast milk, it's no issue, and he can decide for himself how he wants to consume it," he said.

While the Ustaz seemed pretty confident in his declaration, there's no doubt that many may find it a pretty unexpected topic of discussion, especially within any religious context.

And while we're not exactly sure why there was any urgency for the Ustaz to bring up such a topic, let alone provide an entire lecture on the subject, this wouldn't be the first time a religious leader has issued a declaration related to more unusual matters in life, like when a religious portal declared bras to be deceitful, or when another religious cleric declared the use of the laughing emoji as harmful to others.
