Ok. I listened to a 30 sec clip (forgive me I have sinned! Lol). I feel I will like Crave. Still Medellin tops the other two songs. Yes, Crave is entirely US material, and yes, she's singing in that particular style that suits the current US top 40 radio. However I still think I will end up enjoying this one. Looking forward to hear it complete.

I only heard the 30 second snippet as well. Agree with many fans about how it sounds very current with potential to be well liked by the GP..

Do feel like I can't judge how much I will personally like it until I hear the entire track.

Not only is quavo not worthy, he’s also a homophobe..

she could sing that song for gay rights and make an important statement. who the fuck gives a shit about Quavo? sorry, but singing at Eurovision in Israel is gonna be hard enough as it is with the controversy, why fuel it with bringing that cunt on stage and to a Jamaican song?

As each year goes by, It feels like nothing is ever simple in Madonna fandom! lol

Let's just hope for the best anyway with the performance even though most of us seem not to be into Quavo at all.

    Eurovision will definitely be interesting.......

I remember when M performed Living For Love at the Grammys. It was seen by millions of people and no one cared. I didn't get it then and I don't get it now. 😞

It's obviously very difficult to keep the public interested in Madonna's new music after thirty five years of releasing new music and refusing to be a nostalgic act.

Madonna is very individualistic with almost an old-school punk rock/fuck off attitude. I want her to be successful and respected, but she will continue being creative even if folks continue to write her off. I like that she presents herself as not giving a shit about the haters.

'There are no rules - if you're a boy': Why do so many hate on Madonna?

It's too easy to dismiss her as a white, rich pop star living in another reality (and many do), but she knows both sides; she knows she lives a life of privilege while being aware of the lashings of hate that come with that - just as she knows because she's a woman growing older, limitations are placed on her life.

And yet there are many rich, white, powerful men in a similar position who are, by and large, let off the hook. Even with #MeToo.

I find it so strange that some people won't listen to Madonna's music because she has been very successful and she's a "white woman". Some people online make it seem like she comes from a wealthy background instead of a working/middle class background. Anyway, don't mean to be negative. Very happy with the this era so far and many positive reviews.

  5. Think the negativity partly comes from what type of female artist she is. Don't think people attack Cher and Stevie Nicks (who are in their seventies) because they don't push boundaries or trigger people like Madonna has.

GP would probably love Madonna more if she released an Abba covers album and rely on nostalgic tours full of hits, but thankfully she's still very creative.

I think the most exciting part of a first single like Medellin is that we have no idea what’s in store. Surely she didn’t record a breezy Latin-infused full record? Or did she?

For the first time in a long time we have no idea what’s in store, other than perhaps a disco song as a second single.

Just makes the beginning of this era feel very mysterious

    I'm all for it.....
