I'm just going to drink that champagne in the fridge, celebrate and live in my own fantasy like Valentina. It's literally impossible for Trump to catch up at this point.

Stupid piece of shit orange racist slob asshole. I HATE HIM SO MUCH

My bottle has been waiting in the fridge since Tuesday. I'm waiting for the moment when CNN officially announces that 270 has been reached. like i said before: i have never hated someone so much in my life.

  2. It is the reminder once again that the 50% of Americans who want to live in a democracy are victims of the 50% of Americans who prefer living in an authoritarian and religious regime. These two Americas, totally different in terms of values and compositions, will not be able to continue to live within the same country for many decades.

As I wrote earlier this week, the media have once again totally overestimated the polls which have been repeatedly wrong (election 2016, Brexit, last French election) for the last 5 years.

A key item to keep in mind is that, surely, anyone who voted in 2016 and didn't vote for Trump, will not have voted for him this time. On the flip side, we've heard from people who did vote for him in 2016 who did not/will not do so this time. And hopefully there's a good amount of those voters.

Let's hope for the best. *group prayer circle may commence now*

I'm an atheist and deeply anti-religion, but I think I'll join you here.

  4. To all of our American members, if you haven't yet, please go vote because there is so much at stake in this election. Don't be fooled by the polls even if they seem favorable to Biden. Every vote is needed especially in this election as POS will challenge the results no matter what Biden's margin of victory is. The greater the margin, the more difficult it will be for POS to manipulate the legislative levers in place.

If Trump wins, I will finally lose my faith in democracy, America, and humanity.

    This.

If he wins, it is the beginning of the end of democracy as the benchmark regime in the world. Democracy was already in a poor state before Trump's arrival, but his tenure legitimized and made authoritarian regimes acceptable. The extreme manipulation of the electoral system by the Republican Party by gerrymandering districts and promoting vote suppression has already brought the American electoral system to the midpoint of the pseudo Russian electoral system. Yes, the very high turnout in advance and mail-in voting clearly suggests the Democrats are pulling out the ballot. Unfortunately, the in-person vote will be more markedly trumpist and will be counted first. He will therefore announce his victory very soon after a few ballots counted and do everything possible to reject the postal ballots. This is the approach he has been preparing for since the beginning of summer.

I am a lover of socio-political news but one thing is certain: if he wins the election, I cancel my subscriptions to The Atlantic and to the two newspapers I read, because I will not be able to endure 4 more years to hear talk about this shit. In December 2016, I already felt like this shit had been part of our lives for years. 4 years of everyday obscenity and lies made me hate this man like I have never hated anyone in my life.

  6. I hope with all my heart that Biden wins, but unfortunately, like in 2016, the media totally overestimates the polls. People lie to pollsters and the samples are no longer representative of the actual population. The same polling problems have been observed in many elections for the last 4 years all over Occident. I hope with all my heart that I'm wrong and be able to open the bottle of champagne I bought to mark the day this POS loses.

He can go fuck himself, pedantic delusional fuck. The Catholic Church has caused so many deaths and so much abuse, heartache

and trauma troughout history they need to appologise and then dissolve.

Like we're waiting for that old whore's blessing. Such disrespect also for democracy to say stuff like that

to people who are living in countries where same sex civil partnerships have been possible since the early 90's.

    This.

I'm so fed up with  Catholic Church's PR campaign trying to get us to believe that Pope Francis is so progressive. He is just less worse than those they preceded him, but he remains nonetheless a POS at the head of a sexist and homophobic institution which still causes havoc in third world countries by their dangerous, hypocritical and toxic indoctrination.

  8. “Don’t be afraid of COVID!”

Say that, big pile of shit, to the 210,000 families who have lost a loved one since last spring in the US, many of which did not have access to health care, let alone the luxury treatments that were given to this asshole.

I have said it and I will say it again: I have never hated someone so much in my life.

The statement is OK, BUT they should have added "HOWEVER the contraction is proof how mistaken Trump was for mocking Joe Biden for wearing a mask and for not encouraging enough his supporters and the Americans as a whole to wear a mask".

    Exactly.

As usual, Pelosi is much more efficient at inserting a punch in her good "wishes".

The left sickens me :lmao:poor Trump. Poor Melanoma.

    How about FUCK them both?

I'm not clapping for this weak shit.

If it was the other way around, believe me POS would have Twit immediately as it was proof that Sleepy Joe was too old and weak to be president. The Democrats refuse to admit that they are at war with the establishment of an autocratic regime and that they must strike hard whenever they have a chance. Democrats continue to play politics as if it was 1995. the way POS ridiculed Biden for wearing the mask on Tuesday night, it was an opportunity to kick low this morning.
