The album Confessions claimed to be.

Her albums have gotten consecutively better since Confessions. Consider me blind.
-
This is definitely her best album since Rebel Heart.

It's hard to be excited for number one when that was only achieved through ticket bundles and fans buying multiple copies...
Lollllllllllll great first post.

The end of Killers seamlessly flows into Crave. Absolute perfection.
-
The fact that they’re playing I Rise and the screen says Faz Gostoso

Why is this a topic?
-
The first song she wrote for the album!
-
“I love Italians”
Such a huuuuuge fan.
-
There is absolutely nothing offensive about this song. Good grief.
-
Critics are annoyed that Madonna didn’t follow the imaginary artistic timelines they set for her in their heads.

Sputnik Music counts on metacritic. Another 80
Wonderful! So two 80s yet to be added to Metacritic! This and Mojo.

It’s amazing. One of her all time best collaborations with Mirwais.
Was thinking this yesterday. The harmonies, hand claps, and finger snaps that work their way into the second half of the song are heavenly. So happy she included this stunning track. Structurally an absolute standout on the album.

I can’t react how you thought I’d react
I won’t kneel before you

@Andra this is probably my favorite line on Madame X. I DIE.

“Mouth closed/I don’t want your opinion/Who you talkin’ to?”

So after all is said and done, it seems that Madame X features some of her all time great vocals, and I feel one of those is Extreme Occident.
The plaintive and emotional way that she sings “And I’ve got the right” pulls at my heart strings like only she can.
I couldn't agree with you more. That entire section of the song leading into the Portuguese section is absolutely jaw-dropping.

Letting this outstanding album marinade a bit longer before sending my rates. Very excited for the results.

Absolutely adore the eyepatch! She looks stunning.

Madonna is so sweet, intelligent, insightful, and warm in this interview. Notice her lack of "filler" words like "um" here. She really considers her answers and has a conversation with this lovely interviewee. I can't imagine a single pop star on Earth having this type of interaction while promoting a new record. Thanks for posting!

Republicans and men hate Madonna. Sigh.
