Well I'm home from vacation and I didn't get anything in the mail....Ugh!

Michael Diamond was actually pretty good in Philly...I typically don't like to listen to that kind of stuff for more than 20 minutes but he was consistent.
As far as the weather goes, it's still pouring but I'm hoping there's no bad flooding at the shore that prevents us from getting there or a cancellation.

I don't think that's gonna happen. Almost all models have the hurricane going out to sea. However I think the nor'easter tomorrow we have to worry about.
I've been checking for updates like crazy. I hope we know for sure by tomorrow.

Well I just read that any plans for evacuation of the city will be announced on Saturday.

My friend said won't even drive me to AC if there's heavy rain without a stupid hurricane.
Hope the storm misses that area by far!

I'll be swimming right next to you! I swear this tour is driving me crazy....first I was worried about pope traffic in Philly and than lower sales in AC and now the storm!I don't care if I have to swim from the hotel to Boardwalk Hall, as long as it's not cancelled!
Just heard on CNN that both models now have it heading out to sea. That of course could change in a heartbeat, but as of now we're looking good.

Haha, yep she got us both with the pre sale! And I agree, I know i'll forget about it as soon as i'm there!
As far as the hurricane goes, it looks like AC should just be getting a lot of rain and wind. It's forecast (as of now) to either hit the Carolinas or head out to sea. (Let's hope for the latter!)
Hoping for the best and will be there provided they don't evacuate the city! Looks promising though!

Glad you guys won tickets! Doesn't really matter where they are at this venue because it's quite small .... As long as you're not behind the stage.

I'm hoping it ends up being just some rain! I'm going to be worried about this until I'm in my seat! I'd be surprised if it got rescheduled if they had to cancel.

I know how you feel. I paid full price for the 2nd to last row in section 103. Just found out my neighbors got tickets for about $60 each for the first row in a 2nd level section on side of stage too (she didn't know what section as her husband bought the tickets). So essentially they could be sitting 2 rows behind me for much less!
Anyhow...still looking forward to the show and glad it's selling better, but I think i'll be waiting to purchase tickets next time around! Also looking forward to staying over this time and making a full day and night of it.
Oh I'm definitely waiting next time and certainly won't be buying a pre sale code! Madonna got me this time! Oh well...let's forget what we paid and just have am awesome time!

Well they have always been inconsistent and incompetent so that's hardly a surprise! I am sure you will get your poster by 2025. If not I'll get my mother to send you mine from back home before a dingo eats it or something!
Yeah I'm expecting I'll get it by Madonna's 20th tour. I don't think I'll ever pay for pre sale access again.

I actually never received an e-mail about mine being sent out. I only received the e-mail back in late August stating they were processing the orders.
I'm in NJ...I got the email saying Live Nation was no longer handling the fan clib and the merchandise would start shipping soon. I'm on vacation now but hoping for a surprise when I return....didn't get a shipping email though.

AC has always seemed like a suck ass place to see an act as big as Madonna to begin with, but what was already said AC is in a major slump and seems to be circling the drain so its no even on a lot of peoples radar.
Still surprised she even bothered booking a show there.
This could be her last time playing there but I have to say I've always enjoyed seeing her at Boardwalk Hall because it's an awesome small arena and it's nice that's on the Boardwalk - of course, things aren't what they use to be in AC either. Aside from CT, her other tours have had decent crowds and MDNA's crowd was better than the Philly crowd for that show even with the late start time. But you're right, considering the slump the city is in, people aren't going there for a quick weekend trip (which is probably why her shows there are always on a Saturday night) - nobody is making a weekend out of it anymore.
Oh well...at least the show will go on and that's the most important thing.

Well, everything they did has worked - it's 95% sold out now! The show will go on! I'm annoyed that some people will be sitting in the lower level at such a low price when I paid over double to sit in the 200's...but I guess that's what I get for being a hard core fan that has to have his tickets when they immediately go on sale! Oh well....hopefully some true fans got those great seats!

It's about 80% sold out....should be similar to the Phily show when all is said and done. I'm looking forward to it!
