Before and After listening to Rebel Heart
So accurate!
Also I'm kind of ashamed to admit but I rarely listen to her first 3 albums [as a whole].I'm under 30 and it took me a few years to actually get myself to listen to them, aside from the obvious hits of course.I was mainly obssesed with BS,ROL,Music,& AL and it took about 2-3 years after 'becoming' a fan to finally listen to her earlier albums, some of which I naturually rank high now on my personal list(LAP & Erotica)

You like Hey U?The only Madonna songs (excluding demos) that I truly don't like that much are Jimmy Jimmy, Can't Stop, American Pie (although it's a guilty pleasure), I'm So Stupid, Superstar, B'day Song and Body Shop. Everything else I like. And yes, I like Incredible and I like Spanish Lesson. AND I like Don't Stop (but who doesn't?)
No other artist has gotten it right 99.9% of the time!
Before I started going to Madonna forums,I was unaware of the hatred torwards Don't Stop and I'd Rather Be Your Lover from BS,Your Honesty is a gem...and GMAYL gets unfairly criticized imo,had it been a major hit people would be worshipping it

Her sweaty 'I just worked out in the gym but still look amazing' face during Let It Will Be and Drowned World/Paradise on Confessions stands out, simple and effortless

Of course, this was back in the day when you couldnt just readily go to the internet and hear snippets and leaks (easily), or even see promo in other countries, so all I I had heard about the Confessions CD was Hung Up single (which at first I wasn;t reaaly sure about). So I just bought the CD and went home to listen, started OK with Hung Up .. and then GT came on. I couldnt even play through to the rest of the CD coz I just had to keep replaying this one song, that I just couldn't beleive the brilliance I was listening to. It was everything a pop song shoudl be yet unlike anything I had heard before. I just couldn't understand how this was not the lead single. I was worried about listening to the rest of the CD becasue surely there could not be anything better than Get Together. I was right, but ultimately disappointed that this wasn't the worldwide hit it deserved to be. This song should have been that decade's Into the Groove or Vogue.
Hard to believe 2005 was a decade ago I think COAD is her most overrated album of all time but Get Together and Future Lovers are 2 gems that'll never get old.I got my first job as a teenager working at a hotel giftshop during COAD's first week release and I'd play Get Together constantly during my shift!

^I believe this is the 1st picture I've ever seen of Madonna&Diana together!WOW

here is what the legendary IssacHarris had to say:
one of those songs that instantly transports me to another place & time; on a far way dancefloor, Madonna being the chameleon that she is, assumes the role of a fellow club-goer & I become the love interest. She asks frankly if I believe in love at first sight as we both groove in unison. This sums up what clubbing is all about; two people face-to-face, for brief moment in time in perfect harmony. It isn't love, but who cares!? And what a lovely contrast between the cold, electronic beats & the warm sensitive lyrics. Despite the dancey delivery, I'd say its one of her more intimate songs and one of my favorites of the last decade.
Beautiful description! Also it's worth mentioning Get Together was nominated for Best Dance Recording (over Hung Up,Sorry and Jump) at the Grammys the following year

If Tokyo is a given, she needs to do Macau and Manila in Asia, other fans can just easily travel to them.

LOVE YOGI Madonna!I remember a very very short period in time, ROL era,she once said she was only doing yoga and stopped lifting weights or doing cardio. Her spread from 2003's W Magazines is my favorite photo session

BEST NIGHT
*Although I feel Ghosttown is her best track from RH...Best Night just seems to be more suited for ANY mood!

Imagine it in person...
This,Grammys 2004 and Oscars 2006 are her top looks from the 2000s imo
-
Just when you think you've seen every Madonna interview on Youtube this pops up!I remember watching this when I was in the 6th grade, love everything about that period
-
Best Night is officially my most overplayed track from RH
-
I know she never watched it back but her best performance for me was at the BRITS
And Howard Stern was her most engaging and comfortable interview
