The Clash review is absolute shit. One of the worst things I have ever read. What, like 2 paragraphs reviewing an album with 15 songs? The woman writing wouldn't know what good music is even if it hit her in the face.
All I took from the review was how critical she was of Madonna for writing/singing about political and social issues when she comes from a position of privilege. How woke of her!
If it were Beyonce, she would be praising her to high heavens. She had no knowledge of the music, no knowledge of M's work -- it was basically a review from a basic person with no expertise in music whatsoever.

I totally get the excitement of new Madonna music, and people wanting to hear it, and don't feel smug at all about not listening to the leaks. I simply want to wait till the release date to listen to the album as a whole. Take a couple of hours of my day and take it all in.
The only thing I would ask of people who spot leaks is to please report them... Especially if these are like full songs, even if in low quality. We are very close now to release date.

The main thing we can do as fans if we spot any links or snippets or whatever, it's just to report it so that it is taken down as rapidly as possible.

I totally share that view. Her team should be very much on top of it all to spot any leaks early on... And they seem to be. I just think that if it leaked in full, you know how the internet is and how things spread like fire... So if that came to happen, by making the album officially available on streaming and digital platforms, that would deviate the attention from the leak, and people would go listen to the official release instead.

Not sure about Guy, but M's team seem to be much more on top of things. Hopefully someone will think of that... Because it would be the smartest decision to minimise a full leak.

Do the albums need to be redeemed this time to count as sale?
Because these are not digital this time around, so should automatically be dispatched on release date.

Does anyone have a sense of the number of tickets sold for the US shows? That should give us a rough figure of the number of albums just from the tour bundle.

Its a great achievement! And it shows. Spotify has over 30 million listens and the album is not even out yet.
However, if it does leak, I’m hoping for an earlier release on digital platforms. It would be a smart thing to do! Because otherwise people will rush to download the leak.
That would be a very smart move actually. If it does indeed leak in full, M's team should immediately move to make it available in digital format on itunes, spotify, etc. That would minimise the impact of the leaks, and she wouldn't lose the sales of the physical copies for the week of release which have already been pre-ordered.

We most definitely will get another two singles/videos.
One looks likely to be God Control, filmed in LA in a theatre with the drag queens. The other looks like it will be Batuka, which also had a video shot in a Portuguese beach with the Batukeiras.
So much amazingness still to come!
