Indeed. Its clear he is just being greedy.
1. he admitted Mirwias had already written it, and he just changed some of the words to make it more 'american'. Now he pretends he wrote the whole thing!
2. the offer from M's people is very generous, given it was not a single (and the video was not on itunes), so the song itself has made little money. If they work through his actual contribution to the song, it woudl be less than what's offered.
3.the claim for a % of touring is ridiculous. That;s not how rights work when it comes to performing other people's song live. If there's a recording of the show that gets sold then thats different. Its clear he just wants cash, no matter what.
his lawyers obviously told him he had no chance of getting anything from suing, so he's just making some noise to try to get more money from trying to embarass Madonna.

Even Europe - "stay away from large crowds"
But when I say Im going to the US, nobody bats an eyelid. It doesn't even register to most people any more.

Hope so too. Not sure any more videos were shot, but there's certainly some looks in some of the promo snippets that we havent really seen much of. Maybe even a live video for something once the tour is going??

What’s the point of talking about something ‘the right way’ if nobody is listening.
Fact: I had never even heard of this Emma person or anything she’s ever said until Madonna brought a spotlight to this issue. And now that she has more people listening, she chooses to .... just criticise someone on her side.
Its obviously horrific what she went through, but alas that does automatically bring wisdom and understanding about how to solve this problem. She is probably very used to speaking to people who already agree with her, but could learn from others about how to get through to those that don’t.

i found this a bit grating on first listen.. with the wierd pitch effects and the namechecks, but now i really love it. its such a sweet song, and there's clearly sincerity in it.

both are still available on australian itunes.
but from what ive seen in stores and online, physical CDs only have the standard and the 2CD versions. Cant buy deluxe CD anywhere here (except on vinyl, which is only deluxe)
what cover belongs to what doesn't really matter anymore anyway. I couldnt even tell you which RH cover was which.....
