with 'tons' of past hits, I have a feeling that many will be in a shortened form or maybe even a medley? i can see something like VVV being done with little breaks into a verse or chorus of past hits before transitiioning into holiday proper.

Oh I really hope she doesn't do any of her own songs. All her music is shit. I don't want to spend money to hear songs that I've already heard on the CDs.

Seriously? She barely moved, there was no major choreography, light years behind all the previous performances. Plus the dancers were almost a Justify My Love at The Girlie Show rehash...
JML at TGS was perfection. My favourite of her performed songs ever. She could do the exact same on every tour and it wold be fine with me.

Ugh stay mad. Maybe she'll do a GH tour in her nineties that you can go to. Oh, and you can expect a lot more RH songs on the setlist.
I think iconic fetus was referring to 'rebel' songs vs 'heart' songs, not number of songs from RH album. But I disagree with this anyway : with true blue, la Isla, who's that girl there is going to be a big love theme.

Hmmm, from the songs she has hinted at, I would have thought there was a 'love' section and then a heartbreak section. and then of course a whole separate section for an extended version of Rescue Me!!!!!!!

I dont know if Im selfish, but I really dont care about the casual fans. If they havent been buying every new album and single or keeping up to date, then they should just be thankful they are getting any opportunity at all to see brilliance and have no right to complain. if they think they could do better, let them try.

Thanks Carta. That's good to know. Hopefully they'll add more dates. Otherwise M will have to fill in the weeks going to tourist places and we'll all have to follow her around.I stand corrected for Confessions in London, although I know there were pre-sales for all of the US dates, even the multiple extra shows in NYC. There were definitely pre-sales for all of the S&S and MDNA dates.

i dont really know how the vevo/youtube thing counts for anything other than saying something about youtube views ... but the video is now available on itunes (Australia anyway) which does count for sales so I have bought it (in leiu of having anything else to buy). I don't know why it wasnt on itunes when it was first released - views are good but surely they want to make money?

I would love her to do my favourites - beautiful scars and inside out - but im already resigned to the fact these probably wont be included.
I think the biggest lost opportunity would be if she didnt do iconic as that song always gets me excited.

Section c, row ee (seat 12) in melbourne should be right next to the heart stage right?
its within 6 seats of the stage. I have EE 41/42 which is only ten seats in from the other side of the floor, and was in the VIP package which is apparently within 6 rows. But its right of the side of the heart. So i think the width of the heart is quite big (or just rod laver floor is actually pretty small).

I'd be interested to map right around the heart. I have EE 41 and 42 (from the VIP pack) which looks to be right on the side of the heart but I'm worried I'm seats 5 and 6 away.

Katy Perry did: 8 shows in Melbourne, 6 in Sidney, 2 in Perth, 2 in Adelaide, 5 in Brisbane, 23 shows in Australia! Plus 2 in Auckland.
I don't expect M to do so many but maybe 4 in Melbourne and Sidney and 3 in Brisbaine,
Im a bit torn ... i would love her to do lots of shows in Melbourne, but I wouldnt be able to not go to all of them, and I dont have lots of money.

its probably just that she is working on possible arrangements at the moment. we all know she rehearses other songs that she doesnt end up including. and some may be just be little bits she is working in (like Jump in SS or OYH in DWT). Im not letting any expectations at the moment.

Well the super deluxe still isn't available in Australia so they may have plans for a tour edition. I still have my numbered erotica gold cd!I expect a gold disc tour edition!
