There was so much I didnt like about that time - the cheeks, the lazy and confusing art direction, the terrible videos (i think all the videos actually took away from the songs rather than added to them), and for me that was the start of the real heavy ageism in the press and GP.
But the music is great. i really dont get people who think it was shallow, or she wasnt really in the songs ... some of her best songs in ages, and she clearly still loves them. if only CS was a single, and heartbeat and she's not me. and when i first heard incredible!

I dont know the arrangements in US, but in Australia, even though the dirnking age is 18, you can drink under age if supervised by a parent. So technically, Lola would be OK as Madonna was there the whole time.

Not at all important for M. There are 1000 better moments.
It was the highlight for Brittany. She's done nothing else of note before or since. (well except that horrible Gimme More performance)
Nobody even remembers Xtina was there.

I think the final film is brilliant, completely fascinating to watch; but it looks like it would have been a terrible experience to shoot.

Maybe there was another segment that got cut?? the whole last section seems a bit thrown together and not really connected. I can just see her thinking an apocalyptic section being too slow and thinking "I need a fun party section .. I'll do music and holiday .. and, I havent rehearsed any other fun songs ... oh well, I'll just do candy shop again!" but im soo happy with the last segment .. however it came together, its by far my favourite.

I think they are genuine audience people (not staged or planted) (except Diplo of course and Im sure there will be more special guests). But i think they look for people who are already close to the stage and who seem energetic but not crazy. and they would give them some instructions beforehand (eg dont touch madonna!). i thought someone mentioned that Guy O hangs out at the heart stage during the show.

HC was only dated on the timbal and songs ... All the Pharrel songs were actually ahead of their time, with that sound becoming more prominent in hit songs after (hello blurred lines). She obviously liked Pharrel songs as she hooked up again with him in the early period for writing the new album.
And let's face it, gitm, she's not me, incredible, heartbeat, all brilliant songs. She likes candy shop so much - I think it would have been a single if it didn't leak so early before the album.

I liked Jacinta Stapleton on neighbours and she was excellent in that otherwise stupid Chapelle Corby movie, but surely there should be a law that nobody should ever play madonna. Just no point ever trying.
As a side note, the molly movie includes a recreation of a scene were he returned to public after his fall - they filmed this at Kylies concert last year so I might be in it.

From what I saw (and finally found a purpose for periscope), the second night was a better performance. And I love seeing the few small mistakes and how she just smiles about it (like not making the top of the steps in music) - I hope they keep real things like that in the DVD. Or when she says that deeper and deeper is even older than true blue!?
I think this is already now a better tour than mdna, sst, rut, ct, DWT, wtg. It's on par with bat, and close behind TGS. But that may even change when I see more.

Imagine being a Britney fan, lip syncing, flailing, lip syncing again.
Imagine being a MooMoo fan, fucked up voice, bloat, rainbows & butterflies.
Our queen could've regurgitated the same shit from previous tours but she doesn't. Because she gives her fans their money's worth. How can you complain about that?
We are the luckiest fans for sure. She always always gives us her best.

Can we say how the stage was awesome! I mean I had a hardon over mdna stage but looking back it was a one trick pony. This new stage just keeps giving right to the end.
