I believe they will not refund the shipping cost, hence I picked reship my order and I had requested tracking number.
Sadly, they didn't offer a fucking gift card
I chose full refund.

This week I contacted both her US and UK stores. The US store said that as the clear vynil (which I preorederd in April) had been shipped through standard shipping I should wait til the 24th business day for it to arrive here. Well, today is the 25th so I wrote them back to see if they can give me any solution. On the other side, the UK store, where I preordered the deluxe cassette back in April, told me that I could choose between a refund or an exchange. I'm thinking about this solution as they clearly try to show more respect to their costumers. Has anybody asked for an exchange there? What did you get in return?
I think I loath her official stores now.

Let's say Madonna was focusing heavily on album promo instead of tour rehearsals....then come tour time when everything isn't 150% everyone will be like "she didn't rehearse enough". Give the woman a fucking break for once. My God.
I said this long before the album was ever released but these days, no matter what she does, it's NEVER *quite* good enough. ALWAYS needs to be something more.

Actually I am interested in both cases. The Rebel Heart editions sold in Chile were the standard one manufactured here and the Super Deluxe edition which was imported from Argentina. I guess the Madame X Deluxe 2 CD edition being sold in Argentina is the Mexican one? It looks like that most editions sold all over the American continent are being made there as the people who got their redeem copies from the tickets are reporting it.

I agree. It looks like the album won't make any bigger impact than the #1 it got in the US charts. It's like she already knew it wouldn't be very succesful so she started to film as many videos as possible between January and May. It will be great if she finds the time between rehearsals to shoot one for Faz Gostoso but I don't think it's a priority either. She already signed a contract to start a tour in September and tickets seem to be 70-85% sold out. It feels like the promo is done anyway.

Is there a way we can all file complains to her official store? Like a way Madonna herself notices our discontent? I mean, we fans can make a big noise about it and never ever forget it's our money we're spending.

But how can we know that? As much as I loved Madonna's Billboard Woman of the Year Award Speech I did feel it ackward she was even being considered in late 2016. I don't mean she didn't deserve it but it was you know, kinda random.

For all those who already got their US purchases, what post company delivered your parcels? I'm trying to figure out the state of my purchase using the code the site provided but it doesn't look like it's a real code.
My Japanese Regular CD is supposed to be in delivery process since Friday 28 June but the damn mailman won't come home! Hopefully today or tomorrow
