I love your remixes (extended versions)!! thanks.

The video she filmed in L.A with drags it's "God control "(not killer as every one expected) She mentioned in the VOGUE magazine interview.. Is a political song about gun control. They even mention the lyrics "We lost gun control, this is your call.. We need to wake up "
And she spend 4 days filming "Batuka" in Portugal with Emmanuel Adjei.. They also mentioned some lyrics in the VOGUE magazine.. "There's a storm ahead, I hear the wind blowing"
wow! That's very Madame X!
The gorgeous, sexy and modern Versace blonde of CRAVE has to be an impostor. An spy maybe? in the house of love.

It feels so random and last minute. With everything she's been shooting over the last couple of months for this album. I really don't get why this was so rushed and last minute, seems like they shifted tactics in some kind of way. It feels weird! She does look glorious though, wish I liked the song more...
LOL! I wrote the same yesterday and some fans almost killed me! ><

Sorry but Maluma is bigger in youtube. The video of Swae Lee with bigger views is Unforgettable by French Montana ft. Swae Lee with 918 M.
Chantaje by Maluma and Shakira = 2.3 billions!
Vente pa'ca by Maluma and Ricky Martin = 1.5 billions!
Felices los 4 by only Maluma = 1.4 billions!
Corazon by Maluma = 1.3 billions!
etc, etc

Has anyone read this post? Madonna was planned to be in the cover of British Vogue in 1986!

I love that anytime someone doesn’t like a song, the conclusion is that single release plans must’ve changed.
I prefer Medellín, yes, but I like CRAVE! And I loved the preview of the video, it totally changed my perception of the song.

Sorry but that's absurd. Medellin is still out there and I doubt Madonna was fooling herself that it was going to be a worldwide number one! They choose Medellin because it starts Madame X presentation
And let's stop this nonsense because since the beginning we knew that Crave was released on the 10 just the same that Future is released next week and afterwards Dark Ballet.
Of course that was the original plan but not neccesarily Crave had to be the official second single. About Medellín, I think they thought it would have a better performance in Youtube and Spotify because Maluma is huge in streaming.

Doesn’t it seem like the theme she’s been building has just gone away in effort to have a mainstream hit? I don’t see “Madame X” in this at all. Even the cover art looks a bit slapped together when everything else up to this point has been extremely well art directed.
I think the same! Everything about Crave seems rushed up: the single cover, the video, etc. And the imagery doesn't feel part of the Madame X concept but I'm not complaining, she looks gorgeous!
Probably they changed the choice of the second single. =/

Seriously, why are you even here at this point? What happened is YOU got stuck on one version of Madonna and think that's the "ultimate" Madonna. NEWS FLASH: EVERYONE thinks their favorite version of Madonna is the "real" or "ultimate" Madonna. Do you know how many times I've heard/read that "something happened" after 1990?? That anything after Vogue is garbage? Definitely not necessary to like everything she does but seriously......it's been 14 yrs......your Lady Of The Manor/Disco Queen is gone! Either go and listen to '98-'05 Madonna on repeat or MOVE ALONG and try to embrace what she does now. If you can't do that, then you can't do that, fair enough. But why do you stick around basically just to say in many different ways "she's just not that good anymore".....because in a nutshell, that's 90% of what you say on this forum.
But I love Medellín. =/
Besides, I said "thats why some fans consider...." .... I mean, not me! >< #CalmDown

She has to sing Medellín in Eurovision! I mean, after 3 weeks It's doing well in Europa.

The remixes are considered as single sales?
Medellín is doing well in the Itunes charts!

I think the resistance on the part of some fans isn't necessarily related to genre, moreso related to wanting Madonna to stand out from the crowd musically. I think it would be the same frustrations if Madonna all of a sudden started working with Max Martin/Dr. Luke in the early 2010's or Stargate in the late 2000s...those guys were never hip hop producers, but they were mass music factories that gave dozens of artists hits that all sounded the same.
There were similar concernes in 2008 and 2015 with HC and RH, and I think it's fine to want Madonna to stand out. Let's be real, we like her to be the consumate innovator because that's what a lot of us grew up with. She's mostly done a good job though even with the mainstream guys. Some of the stuff on Rebel Heart was excruciatingly cheesy but so far there's no sign that she's repeating those mistakes again. I like Crave, I just don't care much for the generic instrumental, wish it emphasized the guitar more. But if she's aiming for a hit in the USA, this isn't a bad place to start (I still don't think she'll get one because the music industry establishment is super good at resisting her, even at her best).
Exactyl! That's why many fans consider Confessions the latest ultimate Madonna. ....... ROF .... MUSIC ... AL .. COTF .. and then something happened.

I still can hear that Madonna uniqueness in Crave, and that folktronica, experimental, world music vibe so unique to M, which I think will be a staple of Madame X.
Lol. Its's called TRAP. And it's considered very generic in latin america.

I saw in INSTAGRAM! But not in the stories of Madonna. It was just there in the top of the main screen of Instagram.

Madonna is not going to have another world wide hit. There's just not enough support. There's support for Madonna but not the music. It's getting critical acclaim and that's more important. She's not chasing it neither should you. We have new Madonna music. Inspired videos. Passion. And a new tour. We are so lucky.
Ok, forget the worldwide hit.
Europe and latinoamerica are not into songs like CRAVE. So why not a different second single for that audience? FUTURE for us!
-
Crave should be released only in U.S.A because It's NOT going to be a worldwide hit.
The rest of the world deserves another Madame X representation.
